“This is probably the best Verizon store in the East Bay, Brandon, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He assisted me and was able to get me in and out with my new device and all data transferred in about half an hour. The team did a great job; I highly recommend this location for their excellent service and efficiency!”
“Sam and Jenny were so kind! I went in today with a very noisy home button on my iPhone that desperately needs an upgrade. Sam was so great and diagnosed the problem in seconds and fixed it in a minute. Turns out it was a loose screw causing the home button to vibrate and make a loud buzzing sound. I was expecting it to be something awful and forever broken, but it was a simple fix for Sam. Thank you! Sam is excellent at troubleshooting all phones no matter the make or model. Jenny showed me multiple phones within my price range when I’m ready for an upgrade, which will be very soon! The team at Kemo are amazing! I will only be coming here for all my phone issues and needs. Thank you so much, Sam and Jenny! You’ve made a customer for life!”
“I went in to get my iphone 12 pro battery replaced. James was very helpful and gave me tips on how battery works. I bought the battery on amazon but after watching the diy video decided it may be too much for me. James got the phone back to me within 2 hours and cost me $55. Highly recommend James and the store.”

“I have been through the runaround. I’ve been to three different AT&T stores, and finally the store knew how to get what I needed. The manager, Alex set me straight. He corrected my name after another location in Alameda butchered it. Even after I told Samuel that wasn’t my name, and now I couldn’t do many things with my account. However, if it wasn’t for Chris, who was trained properly, and knew to seek his manager to help me with my situation after it being a simple fix. Then Enrique Brandon has a great personality, and is like the life of the party. This location is a 10 out of 10 recommend! If you’re seeking phone service with AT&T, come here! Mic drop.”

“Rohan was amazing! We came in for a device change and an upgrade and Rohan took the time to help us and was super patient. It was taking a while to back up our devices especially mine since I have over 200GB of data and we hit a snag with switching my device to my family member not activating the new device but he stayed well after store hours to get everything fixed and us leaving with our devices up and running. Overall 5 stars for Rohan!”

“I walked into this Cricket store wanting to get an Apple iPhone for my personal use. I have a work phone through Apple, which I LOVE!!! The nice lady(employee)who was standing near the door asked me what I was looking for? I immediately told her the phone I wanted!!! She was knowledgeable and went back got me my new Apple iPhone and picked out a very cute case with pop stand on the back, with temper guard for the screen!!! The second employee was there to assist me also very kindly!!! Both employees were kind, knowledgeable and even helped set up my new phone with my old phone!!! “Jurrell is a true asset to this store. My phone provider is with T-Mobile but, I needed a Business phone so I bundled At&T wifi, landline and a mobile phone. I tried to set up my mobile phone. Exhausted all efforts. I walked into this store and Jurrell patiently and very politely helped get my phone activated. He troubleshot all the problems. He not once showed any annoyance or aggravation. I have been with T-Mobile for many years but, I have to admit I might just change my personal phone provider.
