“I have an older Tacoma work truck, that I could not pinpoint the issue on, I reached out to T.O.E and was connected efficiently to “Pat” who made room for me in his schedule and immediately and thoroughly explored the issue, the team there had my vehicle in the following morning and in one day replaced the timing belt and traced the problem i was facing to a sensor…the y replaced both and i was back on the road ready to work the following morning at 7 am. Solid experience…Very grateful for the digital communication and the personal care exhibited by Pat and the whole team…Thank you!”

“We had an Amazing experience at this bodyshop. For context, i am a full time student and get into a minor collision with another individual who also had financial constraints and we decided to take care of the damages without using our insurance. The owner of this shop, Terek, did everything he could to work within our budget while still delivering top quality work. When we did not have the sufficient funds to cover the cost of a broken part, he made it work by ordering a used one and making sure it will still perform just as good in my car. Terek also worked much faster than other few experiences ive had, which made finding the appropriate window of time a breeze. Accidents are never fun, but I am grateful for knowing about this autobody shop as i will be visiting them should the need ever arises. I loved the fair and fast service that they offered.”

“I meant to leave this review months ago. But I remembered after my most recent rental McKenna @ Enterprise is Always So kind and respectful when I come in. I appreciate how kind and friendly she is everytime I come in. I also appreciate how she asked when I return a vehicle how did the car work out for me and how was my experience. A few times when there were a few small things wrong with a vehicle she was quick to offer something to make it right on my next rental. Thank you so much McKenna for being so professional, friendly, and efficient everytime I rent at this location. Your part of the reason I return to this location....You always deliver Great customer service and good customer service is hard to find nowadays. :)

“The man working there on October 30th at 4:30pm deserves a raise and a paid vacation. He ran through about 7-8 customers both returns and pickups by himself in the 30 mins I was there. Also dealt with an issue my rental car had and replaced it on the spot. Pleasant and professional the whole time even though he was clearly swamped. Made time to show folks who were visiting the cool spots, scenic drives, and local nightlife etc. Top tier employee you have there.”
“It's the first time I've been here. And the experience couldn't have gone better. I needed my car done quickly, as I had work. So when I made the appointment, I did it first thing in the morning, at 7 a.m. I dealt with John Suckling, who couldn't have been nicer. He assured me with the things I wanted done, there wouldn't be a problem getting out of there at a reasonable time. He was right. They called me when the car was done (I was having breakfast around the corner). I will be bringing my car here any time it needs anything. Thanks for the great service.”
“The four stars are for the wonderful employee's of Hertz;A Shout Out to Zaira, Selena, Nate, and the Oceanside crew for always being wonderful to work with.Hertz is a great budget option for a rental. Lots of options to choose from and friendly employees.They didn't receive a 5-star review because their website and Google list them as having a location at KCRQ. They do not.They DO however deliver and pick-up cars from the businesses there for passengers who fly in and make sure to book with the correct office.I work on this airport and the amount of calls requesting to book a rental with me can reach up to 20 per day.This takes up valuable time and at times hampers day-to-day operations. My workplace also receives calls from their disgruntled customers who are never pleasant, especially if you tell them they've reached the wrong number.If anyone from Hertz reads this then I would recommend that they remove the phone numbers of the businesses on the field from their website where clients book.Instead, have first option be only to select the Airport in general, the next option can be which FBO or Location on the field that they would like to pick up from. Finally, the last option can be to have a BOLDED very noticeable reminder/notice that any rental related questions or concerns or emergency services requests MUST go through HERTZ and not one of the businesses on the field.”
“Excellent service! I paid in advance for my car so saved $25 right off the top. They didn't have the car when I got there to pick it up because they rented it to somebody else so they gave me an upgrade car for the same price. I got a brand new 2018 Chevy Malibu for $279 for one week! This car was loaded with goodies! Power windows, power steering, WI-FI, power driver's seat, push-button start/stop ...the list goes on! This car drove like a dream. Excellent fuel economy. Great acceleration and braking. I was able to navigate Mountain Roads and L.A. traffic with ease. I definitely recommend Budget car rentals on Bernardo Center Drive. San Diego 92127.”
“We had booked a mini van with CBX Budget car rental. On the day of our vacation, after waiting in line for an hour, when we went to pick up the car they did not have the car available. It is unbelievable how the staff was not able to contact the manager to address the issue. We had specifically booked a mini van because my dad is paralyzed and could not get in any other big cars. We had no idea what to do. My family was waiting to go on vacation and we finally called Joe(saw him on google). Joe answered immediately and said he had a mini van available. He saved our vacation plans and the rental process was stress free. Friendly and reliable services.”
“During a two week vacation in Carlsbad we had a VW SUV on hire from LAX. It developed a fault and customer service asked us to swap it at our nearest Budget rental, Palomar McKellan Airport. The manager here, Cindy was extremely helpful and managed to provide a suitable replacement despite her limited vehicle stock. Thank you.”

“After reading the horrible reviews I was going to head back to Enterprise Oceanside and pay an extra $400 because i had to be sure there were no issues on our road trip. However Priceline.com gave me a deal and I was directed back to Avis in Vista...so I gave it a shot. Just gave them back the Full size Ford Explorer XLT AWD that gave us Zero issues. We took a road trip from Oceanside CA to Austin TX and had 0 issues. We even went to the Avis in TX to extend the rental for one more day, 0 issues. Dennis helped me and his goal was to get us in and out, he did that. He's not very customer service-y but i dont really care about that! Short and to the point works sometimes! I will be renting again in the future! Just goes to show not all reviews should be listened to.”
