“I never really come here for cell phones but I will admit the retail worker is friendly, is honest, and this place provides good prices for getting a cellphone upgrade when you switch to a new line. I don't like where the location of this retail is as it's quite ghetto and could use a new touch up. But if your looking to get a cellphone I recommend it here 7/10 (in my opinion)”

“I brought my mom here because some crazy Spectrum agent got my elderly, confused mom to switch her phone plan over-the-phone from AT&T. After the call ended she was obviously unable to then use her phone!She ended up needing to go to the emergency room the next day and couldn't call me because her sim card was no longer working, and ended up having to call and ambulance. This is completely irresponsible and greedy behavior, and actually put my mom's life and health at risk. Seriously, what is the point of swapping someone's phone plan OVER the PHONE when they need a new sim card? If someone needs to go to a spectrum store regardless, there's no reason to get a confused old lady to swap plans other than pure greed. No, she doesn't have an Iphone model capable of using esim, and the agent should know that.I was really upset, but I came to this location with my mom a couple days after that episode, and was helped by a very polite, respectful, and informative employee named Adrian ( i think). Props to Adrian for really helping her out and getting her a better deal as well as getting her phone back to working order. It's rare to find someone who listens and is also respectful and helpful, so I am extremely thankful that he was able to assist my mom and make up for the other agent's bad behavior.”
