“Here is my story.
I had 2 small Amazon returns (but only one in the original UPS box). The overworked (and grouchy) UPS store owner on Hollenbeck refused the one without the original UPS box, and mentioned they don't get compensated on this (as if I care).
Then the Postal Annex (at Homestead) put that remaining small package in a UPS envelope, smiled and shipped without a problem (and I know they don't get compensated either).
What a difference in attitude and in the service.

“It's not often that I will go out of my way to write a review, much less for a UPS store, but yet the service here in the short time I was here left me such an impression. Run more like a mom & pop shop (in the best way possible), I was seen, advised, and taken care of within the few minutes I arrived. Hai (I hope I'm remembering your name right) went out of his way to ensure my package was taken care of.
While the best UPS store is the one open and closest, I'd urge you to consider this store if you're considering at all the service you want to receive. I consider myself lucky to have this one be both.”

What's even better, though, is that the manager knew that if I wanted to return a piece of clothing to a European store, he had to complete triplicate forms for customs. At another provider, they were just going to let me drop it off. “I stopped in for passport-like photos shortly before close (international drivers license). Frank and team were quick, took a shot that worked, and I was in and out - easy! They were courteous and attentive to the several customers in the shop. Where they went the extra mile: helping me get digital photos for a family member printed. Two digital sets were sent to them, neither perfect (shadows etc). Frank edited and was able to produce a print that was noticeably better than what we sent. No up charge, just solid service. Everyone who works there is pleasant and helpful. Thank you, Frank and team! Highly recommend!”
“I run a small business from my home and I go to this post office branch weekly to do large mailings, send priority packages, etc. The staff there are ALWAYS so helpful, patient and pleasant.The customer service has always been excellent and professional and they treat each customer with respect and courtesy. “Staples is great for basic office needs - printer supplies, basic tech equipment. Also has other services like copying, photos, TSA, stamps. It is OK for basic paper but if you want colored legal paper or white legal envelopes order elsewhere online.”

“Amazing and seamless experience in what was bound for failure. I had a very sensitive couple of packages to be sent to me, however it was delayed a day or two (by the shipper, not UPS) and I had to go out of town. So unless I arranged for something, my sensitive packages would be sitting outside my door for over a week.
I switched the package to a UPS store delivery for a fee, hoping they could hold the sensitive packages.
Unfortunately, UPS only holds them for a few of days before, sending it back to the shipper.
Anthony at the UPS store looked at my packages and arrange for them to be held for an extra five days. He had to go outside the system to do this, but in the end I was able to pick up the packages safe and sound.
Anthony even recognized my name during the pick up as he was the one who held the packages for me originally, and I got to thank him in person for delivering my sensitive packages, safe and sound. I should mention that he was a super friendly guy, not only to me, but to all the customers in front of me while I was waiting in line. He did small favors of them, helping them label and pack things, when he didn’t have to, and didn’t sweat the small stuff. A lot of shipping places don’t have this level of personalized service and are strict about the rules to the point that it negatively affects customer service.
I would recommend this UPS store and Anthony to anyone with sensitive packages, and will be using the store and requesting him for my packing and shipping needs.”

“This is one of two Post Offices in the area that I know of that has a Self-Service Kiosk AND where the lobby is open 24 hours - AMAZING ? LIFE SAVER! The other Post Office with 24-hour Kiosk access is in downtown Mountain View. SO GRATEFUL! I can never make it to the post office before they close - so I LOVE LOVE LOVE the 24-hr Self-Service Kiosk. You can buy postage, get Priority Mail packaging and mail it all on your own. We are so lucky to have this available to us and I hope they never decide to close the lobby. Thank you USPS. Big fan of this service!”
