“Came here in the morning right after they opened. It was very clean, there were lots of friendly staff, and it was easy to find what I was looking for. Lots of cute seasonal decor as well!”
“Clean and organized store. Shoe area needs a little help had to move a bunch of boxes to find the shoes I wanted several employees walked by me and no one asked if I needed help. The only customer service I got was at checkout the lady was very friendly.”

“I once came here years ago and they had a huge sale section. IT WAS EVEN COLOR CODED! Next experience of my life! But after that, it has not been the same.
Recently came in because they said getting fitted for a bra is more accurate at Nordstrom than Victoria. However I got that mistaken with Nordstrom and Nordstrom rack. The nice lady was honest with me and told me I was the first to ask and tbh she’s never done one on someone and for that I’m grateful for the honesty and not wasting my time.”
“I really enjoy shopping at this Ross location in Vacaville. The store is always well stocked, has plenty of staff available, and is usually busy — which says a lot about how well it’s run.
That said, I do want to mention the restroom. I normally avoid public bathrooms, but sometimes you don’t have a choice. Walking into this one felt uncomfortable and unsanitary, and honestly a bit scary. I truly feel for the employees if this is also the restroom they have to use throughout their workday.
I hope the store can invest some attention into improving or updating the bathroom, because otherwise this is a great location.”
“Review of Macy’s Fragrance Department in Fairfield California!
I recently had an excellent shopping experience at Macy’s fragrance department in Fairfield, and I wanted to share it! The highlight of my visit was Christina, who provided outstanding customer service. She was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but she also took the time to help me with my purchase, wrap everything beautifully, and even assist me to my car. Her genuine kindness made a significant difference.
Christina and her associates were amazing and friendly, constantly checking in on me as I navigated my choices. The fragrance department truly was the bomb! I appreciated their attentiveness, with at least 4-5 associates offering assistance.
I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit! Thank you, Macy’s, for such a wonderful holiday shopping experience.

“Me & my partner took our son here last minute (the night before SMH) to look for a dress shirt for graduation. Unfortunately, the mall didn’t have the style/selection/size he was looking for and the mall was closing. We were blessed to find something he liked on such short notice!”
“I enjoy shopping here -the employees are nice and helpful and they are clean and have a wide veriety of fresh fruits and vegetables and keep their shelves stocked-parking is great, also they're electric riding carts are charged and ready to use! That is a big one for me as I seldom have pain in my legs making it difficult to walk. Hands down I love this location also it is right off the freeway and convenient-”
“When employees don’t know when an item is no longer carried & you search other Target store locations, within multiple aisle sections including case it moved, is wasteful of time, energy, & fuel.
But having to further instruct an employee how to check for shipping dates & online stock, shows lack of Target professionalism. Sorry, not sorry.”
“overall the new lay out of the store looks great and sure hope it stays clean and stocked. More checkout lines should be opened and someone always supervising the self check out. More help on the floor for customers who have questions or need assistance in finding things. The bakery department declined my cake order two days prior to the event because the decorator was on vacation. I had to go to the other store location and was also turned down because the cake orders needed to be in 3 days prior. I'd ordered before in the past with 24 hrs notice. I was highly disappointed and my son didn't have a cake on his 8th birthday party.”
“Earlier I struggled finding a pack of chia seeds, and a very kind worker (I should have asked for his name so that I could include it in this review) from this store went to check the back and brought one for me and also went beyond to restock the shelf. I did not ask him to do that for me, and it looked like he had a mountain of work to do already, but he took the time out of his day to help me. It is small and maybe anyone can do that, but I soo appreciate amazing staff like that!”
“Arianna was very kind and had positive energy. Even though it was 10:30pm at night and the closing line ha 10+ people in it, she powered through it and showed each customer her charming personality & made each interaction her own. She was sweet when it was our turn & I loved it. Thank you! I know it's just checking out clothes but it didn't necessarily feel that way. 5 Stars Arianna! Hope you see this. “This review is specifically about an employee named Jordan (at curbside pickup). Jordan was kind, friendly and respectful. He was efficient. He asked where we wanted our eggs and carefully loaded our groceries. Jordan is such a hard worker! He definitely made our shopping experience a breeze! Thanks, Jordan!”
“This review is solely for my guys and girls working the drive up. I've never had to wait for more than ten minutes to pick up an order. The drive up is always seamless; whether it is in supreme cold weather or on a super hot day. The drive up team is always smiling, greets you and thanks you. Thanks drive up team for being A+. One cautious tip: Be careful to keep an eye out while waiting to make sure you don't mistakenly open your car for any crazies. This area of Fairfield is sadly a downhill battle. Anything to the right of the freeway is highly populated of drug users, with some having really erratic behaviors. Others can be suspiciously getting into criminal activity. Let's just say I once had a rando looking into my car and then realizing I was sitting in it.”
“I came here for the first time to get my hands on some we bare near merch and it was not bad at all. The customer service was great. The girls that worked there were friendly and helpful. It was clean. Yes they may resemble other shops other reviewers mention but it's a low budget shop that you can't expect too much from just like when you go to dollar tree or those very low and affordable stores. Reason for 4 star and not 5 is due to not having as much we bare bears stuff I was hoping but I bought more here than I did when I went to the ones in SF.”

“Last week I had to get 2 items from this WalMart & like ALWAYS I ended up with about 3/4 bags of stuff (Oops!). Anyway, since almost EVERYthing is locked up, I needed help and Sharon was the one with the keys. Sharon was SUPER helpful & patient with me as I needed her numerous times. But the big issue was when Sharon checked everything out, bagged all my merchandise, & gave me my total! Let me tell you, I did the most embarrassing thing I could do to myself!! By habit I attempted to pay for my stuff with a compromised debit card (a new one was on the way from my bank). WOW!! I felt SO Dumb!! And guess what, Sharon didn't even make me look how I felt [stupid]! She didn't judge me! She didn't seem to be annoyed for her time getting wasted or none of that! I will always remember her for her kindness & understanding. I don't even particularly like this specific WalMart! I actually cannot STAND coming here. But if everyone responded and gave great customer service as Sharon did that evening, it wouldn't be so bad. Thank you for HER! .”

I have went here for the past month at least and I have still not made it around to the whole entire place.. workers are always usually very friendly and there's a self check out that makes my life 10 million times easier when I only have a few things and don't have to wait in a huge line! There's so much clearance if that's what you're looking for more than I've ever seen it many stores it's so hard to get lost in everything that's here if you don't have extra money to spend I choose to stay away because it's so easy to spend so much lol. Would definitely recommend 1000 times but like I said it's dangerous if you go here not the area just spending wise. That's also another thing I really love is there so much parking and the area is a nice area that it's located in.”

“Everything was good. Good customer service. The only thing is that Exchange can not beat the price of appliances from outside vendor. I had an impression that Exchange is supposedly less expensive than the outside vendors.”
