“I don’t usually write reviews, and this is my first ever Google review. I was incredibly impressed with the folks at Irvine auto care. They helped me service the brakes on my Hyundai Tucson.
The service center at a local dealer recommended replacing all four brake pads and my front rotors. I wasn’t buying it, so I decided to get a second opinion here at Irvine auto care. They performed an inspection, shared a video recording with an extremely thorough and easy to understand explanation. They evaluated that only my front brake pads required replacement and my rotors can be resurfaced to extend their useful life.
Their attention to detail, focus on customer care, and genuine transparency was very evident. I’ll be coming back.”

I like the videos they send for updates of what was done for my car. I didn’t have to wait at the service center and I was able to have my car picked up for service from my home and even able to use a provided ride share to pick up my car at the end of the day. William was the service advisor helping me and he was so nice, communicative, patient, and helpful the whole time I had my car in for service from start to finish. “After a series of unfortunate events, I found myself with a car that bounced like a horse (my kids enjoyed it) and all sorts of lights on. My parents had always used this place to get work done on their cars and have raved about it for years. I should’ve listened to them when they first told me to bring the car in here, but instead tried to handle it on my own. One issue after another and not knowing much about cars, I asked the owner, Dave, to level with me. I explained my situation and asked him to level with me, As if I were his favorite sister.
While he can make no guarantees, he told me what he would do, And offered to work with me. Putting both our defenses aside, we found a middle ground and hoped for the best. 24 to 48 hours later, he let me know the car was ready for pick up.
Due to some foreseen Issues, I had to leave it there for a few extra days, and not once did the owner complain. When I finally picked up the vehicle, it drove like a dream.

“I took my 2015 Mercedes ML350 to Henry because of intermittent problem with the power seats. I had been quoted over $3,000 to replace the electrical harness and $5,000 to replace the seat motor and harness.
Henry took the time to listen and then went thru process of pulling the seat out and looking for a simpler explanation for the problem. He found were some wires were not making a proper connection.
He charged me $100. I cannot recommend him and his shop highly enough if you have a complex issue. I will use him for my regular service too. Thanks Henry!”
