“The best post office, because Cindy and the other ladies are always friendly. Majority of the time I get the clerk Cindy who is always nice about scanning my packages. I always get a receipt and she’s never refused me unlike the workers at the post office on Elliot street. They’re extremely pushy about leaving your packages in a bin. It’s too risky not having them scanned in and getting confirmation. Anyway, Cindy is great and so is this post office!”

“Had my passport renewed here. Booked an appointment 2 days in advance during the weekend. Came in on a Monday after and only two people was in line. Fast and speedy service. “Ive been in and been visiting this post office for 15 years strong. Never have I experienced any issues with US MAIL, nor anything needed, when shipping packages to Friends and Family members. Many of the bad reviews are for general frustrations with post office speed and delivery in general.
Solutions?
1. Remove people with conflicts of interest (ie DeJoy and Wos who may claim up to a total $75,815,000 in assets from U.S. Postal Service competitors, according to government records) from positions of power and/or force them do divest from companies that benefit from USPS's shortcomings.
2. Invest in your infrastructure and workers. Make sure there are enough mail carriers; ensure they are paid fair wages that raise with inflation; and prevent deteriorating labor standards which will inevitably get in the way of effective and efficient mail delivery. (The former removes many disincentives for this.)”

I’ve been using this post office for all my mailing needs, and I have to say — the service here is truly exceptional! Whether I’m sending packages, postcards, buying stamps, or requesting other postal services, they are always professional, efficient, and patient.
The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, always greeting customers with a smile. They’re very knowledgeable and often offer helpful tips to save time and money. For example, when I ship international packages, they’ll double-check the size and weight to see if there’s a more affordable shipping option, and they even recommend the most suitable packaging materials — incredibly thoughtful.
Even during busy hours, the lines move quickly. The team handles the crowd in an organized and respectful way, so you never feel rushed or ignored.
One thing that impressed me the most was how professionally they handle issues. Once, my package had a tracking delay. The clerk took the time to investigate, file a report, and reassured me that everything would be fine — and sure enough, the package arrived safely just a few days later.
The post office itself is clean and well-organized. Information is clearly posted, forms and pens are easy to find, and everything seems to be well-managed.
All in all, if you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly post office, I highly recommend this one! I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of — it’s truly an essential part of my everyday life.”

“I want to give a big shoutout to Maria and Marcus at the Chino Hills Post Office. They were incredibly helpful when I came in to pick up a package and send out a large envelope. Despite the long line and the busy atmosphere, they remained patient, kind, and professional the entire time. Their friendly attitude made the experience so much smoother and more pleasant. “Great USPS location. Came here for my passport. Easy to make passport appointment online. Busy location but the staff is friendly and efficient. Lived in YL for many years and we never had mail issues but have lost 2 FedEx packages.”
“Im am always worried/anxious going into most federal buildings cause most of them in my experience dont make customers service a priorty. BUT Everyone at this post office is super kind and easy to work with. I drop off A LOT of packages and receive them there too. They are always very patient with me and take care of my orders. “It's a very small post office, right off Irwindale Ave and Arrow Hwy, on a side street directly across from a city park and the Irwindale Police Station. The parking lot has 4 spots, one is disabled only, however, there is parking permitted at it's curb on the street, which is why 4 stars. If you arrive at 2:00pm during weekdays, you'll have to come back at 2:30pm to allow the employees their lunch break. There's also the drive-up out-going stamped mailbox with the Priority Mailbox and Express in the parking area. It isn't as big as the Covina Post Office on Rimsdale or the West Covina P.O. nearby the West Covina Fashion Plaza which may discourage some but I find a bonus for no waiting, generally. It has a handicapped entrance and ramp next to disabled spot. And I've yet to see any of the postal employees being rude or unhelpful to any of the customers and there definitely is no woman by the door asking if you need stamps (really? it's so small, she'd get in the way if she existed) as one review claimed. I just like it because it's quick and easy if I need to go inside.”

However, had no issues with my packages getting lost and staff has always been helpful.
I do dock 1 star for avaliable. On the local website page it says the kiosk is 24/7 that is not true. Also, the web page says PO box access until 3pm on Sunday. I've come multiple times and the door is locked. Pretty annoying.
But no issues to report other than that at this time.”
