They have some hard to find specimens and many pieces are museum grade quality. Magnifique! They have a crystal to fit in everyone's budget. I found a beautiful Markarian gown that I purchased through Loho Bride but I knew right away I wanted to have it styled and altered a specific way that would require some work and someone who was willing to help me develop my vision. I came to Diana with with an idea that was sort of hard for me to put into words but from the very beginning, Diana was incredibly patient, listened and helped me sort through what I wanted and then went above and beyond to create something that was not only beautiful but also made me feel confident and completely at ease. There was no point in the process that I felt like she wasn't being attentive or like I was being made to feel like I was asking for the moon and more or like what I had asked for hadn't been done. Actually, after my first fitting, I felt certain I was in great hands.
The attention to detail and the care she put into making my dress was extraordinary. When I look at my wedding photos, I am filled with gratitude—Diana turned what was already a beautiful dress into something deeply personal and uniquely "me." Every small business has growing pains — especially one run largely by a single individual trying to balance online operations, in-store customer service, and inventory in a niche space. But that doesn’t erase the impact this store has had on thousands of lives, including my own. To be able to walk in and buy a meaningful gift for someone’s sobriety birthday — and to feel connected to a larger community of recovery — is something truly rare.

I think her name was Rachel??? But she took the time to educate me on diamonds, telling me the difference between real diamonds and manmade and the education process was so helpful. I didn't buy a diamond yet, but they have my business and loyalty.”
