The whole experience on our first visit was amazing & the manager Joe is the best to deal with! He is so personable, friendly and has the biggest heart for dogs. Even as he helped us out he acknowledged all that came in and knew the dogs by their first names. That alone is the best customer service but it gets better! He asks you questions about your dog and allergies, issues etc and gives you the best plan for your dog. Joe also gave me a full tour of the store and watching their cooks cook this food for our furbabies made even more happy that my fur baby Harlow loves this place! I highly recommend & she also had no issues following Joe's transition plan! Her fur has become so shiny too! Thank you ❤️

- Previous message-We have been loyal clients since Lola arrived to USA from Europe, almost 7 years ago. Always happy with the service provided by the team at the Beverly Location. Unfortunately, a while ago there was something going on there that we ended up going to the one in Santa Monica Blvd ( location open a few years after Beverly Blvd)
To our surprise, we left our dog and a day after we received a phone call from a very rude assistant manager, He also wrote an unlawful report about my 8 pounds Yorkie. He blandly accused my dog of being aggressive. I called back to the store and he declined to talked to me, so I went in person with my dog to find out the mistake, then he was even ruder. He got confused and said, “you see your dog keeps barking “ pointing to another Yorkie inside the day care… I said, Look my dog is here by my side behind the counter, and she is not even barking. Hilarious, not quite!
She is a HS client for many years without any complaints. He never apologised and kept the wrong report on file. We went back after a while to the Beverly location, we spoke about the incident with the team, they observed Lola’s behaviour for days, their response was, she is absolutely happy and fine.
Yesterday, we went back to SaMo Blvd location, since our preferred location is out of business.
Another manager refused to accept my dog for daycare, based on what that awful person wrongfully wrote about my dog. We requested full prepaid package refund, she said someone will call us, well no-one have call us yet ! Or they will? I doubt

7701 Santa Monica Blvd, West HollywoodFirst came to RSR before the pandemic when they had their shop and always had good experiences w them. Then during the pandemic they were unavailable for a bit, and had the unfortunate experience of going to a competitor nearby which traumatized my cat all three visits. Needless to say, I was relieved to hear that RSR had gone mobile and after the trauma from the other groomer, we were so glad to have RSR back in service! Since then, I let them know about the trauma my cat experienced and that he needs special care. (He also broke his hip and had surgery) and they have done such a great job my cat! They come over (so no traumatic car ride for kitty), they get him in and out and back in the house looking fresh and clean w a gorgeous lion cut in about 45 min! My cat comes in happy and purring and I had to write to share how much better we like RSR over any other groomer! They really bring the goods with their grooming skills, personability, ease w my cat, convenience, reliability, reasonably priced, and just an overall very good experience! I highly recommend if you love your pet and need people you can trust!

West HollywoodIt's been awhile since my last review of Dr. Fox so a quick update. Dr. Fox took care of both my older cats until the very end. Sadly last September he had to come over to help my girl cross over the Rainbow Bridge. This month he did the same for my boy. I can't say enough how grateful I am to Dr. Fox. He is such a kind and talented man. He cares about both your pets and their families. I can not recommend him enough!

9000 Santa Monica Blvd, West HollywoodI’m honestly shocked by the negative reviews. I’ve brought my dog here for the past 5 years since she was a puppy and always received good care. She’s had two surgeries which I was super anxious about and all went well. In my experience the doctors have always been kind and listened to my concerns. I’m the person that will opt in for the additional testing when offered up because I want peace of mind. Yes, it’s definitely pricey, but personally I will pay any amount to ensure my baby gets the best possible care when needed. I also appreciate that they’ve always been able to accommodate a next day appointment, sometimes even same day, which I know is not the case everywhere!

A little on spendy side - was $50 for just me and my bf to eat breakfast but it’s LA! lol, Hector was incredible he constantly checked if we needed anything, cleaned up, gave us waters and was so sweet! He made the trip worth it himself. Definitely would go back!

The coffee, service, and ambiance were excellent. The place was packed, and everyone was having a great time, including my puppy, which immediately felt at home. I also bought a fun candle from Wicked. I will definitely be back. Edit: returned this morning for another great experience. Met one of the friendly owners, Betsy, who recognized me from my first review. Made me feel at home immediately. As a queer Latina-owned coffee shop, I am making it my coffee place away from home. The molletes are so yummy! I'm definitely a Fan Girl!

From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly accommodating, and having the owner, Adam, present and involved made the experience feel extra special. You can tell this place is run with real pride and passion.
The space itself is stunning — rich with history (we were told it was once Charlie Chaplin’s studio and later a library), and you feel that character everywhere you look. Books line the walls, creating a warm, intimate atmosphere that’s both elegant and inviting.
The staff was attentive, kind, and on top of everything all evening, and the food was fantastic. And if you love wine, you are in very good hands — their knowledge and selection are outstanding.
Beautiful venue, wonderful people, unforgettable experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special night.

My husband and I were visiting from out of town and stopped in for karaoke since it was close to our hotel… and WOW. We are so happy we did. The atmosphere and sense of community here is something special. From the second we walked in, the energy was welcoming, electric, and genuinely joyful.
The drinks were delicious, the vibes were immaculate, and the crowd was so fun and kind. It gave me that sense of community I’ve truly been yearning for! The karaoke DJ was an absolute blast and kept the whole room energized all night. The staff had incredible energy and were so attentive and warm. You can tell they really care about creating a great experience.
We loved it so much that we came back to watch the Super Bowl and it ended up being the BEST Super Bowl experience we’ve ever had. The sliders and fries were so ridiculously good (still thinking about them), and the atmosphere was unmatched.
We loved this place so much we brought home Naughty Pig t-shirts, which says it all. If you’re anywhere near the area, do yourself a favor and go. You’ll walk in as a guest and leave feeling like part of the family.
