“The scan and go is very confusing. You can actually go to any self checkout and use it but the people at the front to use a specific kiosk. The kiosk they tell you to use has a close sign and the panel is lifted up as if someone is working on it. As a customer, why would I go to a register that says closed and also the register is flipped up in a closed position. To me as a customer, frequent customer if it’s closed, you don’t use it obviously. Very confusing and they tell me to use it so I don’t quite understand.
Other than that, the Walmart has good fresh produce it looks and is organized correct correctly.”
“I prefer shopping at this location as opposed to others in the Sacramento area. The store is better organized and clean, and they had a great selection of items to choose from on my last shopping trip. The atmosphere is mellow, and the associates provide great customer service.”
“I went in to order a cake for my daughters 1st birthday and Maria in the bakery did so amazing! She was above and beyond with her customer service, she wanted to make sure my daughter's special day was everything I hoped for. Absolutely amazing thank you so much Maria!!!! Also, I didn't catch the name of the lady who took the initial cake order but she was also very kind.”
