Only comment on the notary service is that it starts after 11:00am, so need to plan accordingly. If you get there early in the morning, there’s plenty of free street parking.”

“This is a smaller sized post office is on a street that has local restaurants, salons, and professional offices. It's cozy and there are angled parking spots available (no meters) that is prone to tickets if you try to do a u-turn on that street.With a smaller branch comes the warm familiarity when doing services there enough times (think Cheers where everyone knows your name and how your family is doing) and it's a nice change of pace in an otherwise bustling area.The post service clerks are all very friendly and you may even get the angry (but loving) Asian scolding if you choose the unnecessarily expensive box to mail your items. This happened to me once and I was highly amused and appreciative that she was able to save me money by helping me choose a different USPS mailer. (To me, the boxes and types all seem the same, yikes!)Environment wise, this post office is on the older side. It is clean though, and well maintained. When you enter the front door, there are rows of po boxes you can rent and on the left there are another set of doors if you need direct service (i.e. mailing, submit a form to a real person). P.S. This post office a pokestop! There are also a number of stops at the street corners on either direction.”

“Jessica in store #1433 went WAY above and beyond to help me solve a problem. I was shipping 4 boxes of returns to Zappo's in the same 4 boxes I'd received the items in, but Zappo's had only provided me with one label. Jessica explained that each box had to have a unique label. I called Zappo's from the UPS store and was on the phone with them for over an hour as they tried to figure out how to produce 4 labels. Jessica allowed Zappo's to email the labels to the store. She took the time to repeatedly refresh the store email looking for the labels. When they wouldn't come thru on the store email, she gave out her personal email. Zappo's required that each box be opened & the contents listed to them over the phone. Jessica opened all the boxes and lent me tape to tape them up again. She was the epitome of customer service and problemsolving -- and, mind you, this was on a busy Saturday during Christmas season!”

You can park behind the store right at the corner, there are at least 5 spaces. Anyway, it doesn't bother me.”

“This is my favorite UPS store as the staff are welcoming, kind and very professional. Huge shout out to Jay who went above and beyond on a Saturday when my wife and I didn't realize the store had closed at 4pm. We literally got there at 4pm, the doors were closed but Jay was still inside. I knocked and he was so kind and let us in to drop off our package. This meant a lot to us because that day was the last day to send back the item. Jay thank you so much for being so kind and helpful!”

“Tucked away right almost next to the USPS Woodside Mail Office is the private Woodside Mail Office that caters to the rich and shameless that don't want UPS or FedEx delivering to their houses. Here you can ship USPS, UPS or FedEx or receive packages providing you pay for a private mail box. Betine and Joey provide great service to me as I had to make some shipments from here and they were very helpful.
