“Highly recommended!This place is amazing and has many brands of boots that other stores don’t.They’re friendly, and Courteous sales associate stopped eating her lunch to help me select a pair of boots. I kept telling her to go back and eat, but she insisted to help. I try to support Local small businesses whenever I can. They have a huge variety of other things as well.When I need his new pair of boots, you can count that I will go here even though it’s on the other side of the country!”

“Nordstrom Rack at Southlands is a decent spot for finding some deals, but you have to be ready to dig a bit. The store is spacious, but it can feel a bit cluttered at times. The selection is hit or miss—sometimes you find great deals on branded items, and other times, not so much. The staff is generally friendly, but it can be hard to find someone when you need help. Overall, it's a good place to check out if you're in the area and in the mood for some bargain hunting, but don’t expect a perfectly organized shopping experience.”
“One of the best experiences I have ever had at ANY western store! Tyler is by far the most personable, knowledgeable, and fun guy to shop with. He made an anxious and nervous first timer very comfortable and even had her laughing and trying on random funny outfits! Truly a genuine man. Parker Boot Barn is where it's at... I will happily drive 30 mins one way to get the service and professionalism that Tyler provides.”

She listened carefully to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect pair of boots. Juliana was pleasant, professional, and even spoke Spanish, which made the experience even better.
One of the highlights of my visit was discovering that Boot Barn offers a first responder discount, which is a great perk. Overall, I highly recommend Boot Barn for their excellent customer service and the wide selection of boots!

“This place has tons of shoes to pick from but myself having a large narrow foot was unable to even come close to finding anything I liked. I’m not being fussy, but they did not have anything close to my size and of course I had to order online. This was a weekday morning. I was in there and there was only one other customer in the store. I asked the manager who waited on me that I thought there were a lot ofhigh school and maybe even college kids who need shoes to play basketball in and he says they have to have them made specially for their feet. I looked at him with a little skepticism and went on my merry way.”
“I had a great experience here! I went with my mom since she wanted her “Dream shoes” and an employee named Diego (I’m pretty sure that was his name) really made sure we got what we needed, next time I went in again he immediately asked if we needed help such a great guy!”
