“Highly recommended!This place is amazing and has many brands of boots that other stores don’t.They’re friendly, and Courteous sales associate stopped eating her lunch to help me select a pair of boots. I kept telling her to go back and eat, but she insisted to help. I try to support Local small businesses whenever I can. They have a huge variety of other things as well.When I need his new pair of boots, you can count that I will go here even though it’s on the other side of the country!”

“Nordstrom Rack at Southlands is a decent spot for finding some deals, but you have to be ready to dig a bit. The store is spacious, but it can feel a bit cluttered at times. The selection is hit or miss—sometimes you find great deals on branded items, and other times, not so much. The staff is generally friendly, but it can be hard to find someone when you need help. Overall, it's a good place to check out if you're in the area and in the mood for some bargain hunting, but don’t expect a perfectly organized shopping experience.”

“They need to carry more, larger sizes in women's shoes. I am a tall person. My shoe size, depending on the manufacturer, could be a size 11 to a size 12. Out of hundreds to select from. I could only find two or three in my size.”
“Great great great store! We showed up a few mins early and two young gentleman opened the gates anyway and welcomed us in. I knew what I was there for and what I wanted and they were so very helpful and polite, I even had to come back later in the day to exchange sizes and they both made this extremely easy! “You don't get service like this anymore especially from young people! With that being said Jada, Lily and Ada greeted my friend and I right when we came in. They were attentive and ready to help, they let us know they were all over the store and any one of them could assist us. “Got these many years ago and they saved me from surgery. I haven’t needed to wear them for awhile since my feet have greatly improved. But I’ve had a flare up recently from wearing crappy shoes. “This place has tons of shoes to pick from but myself having a large narrow foot was unable to even come close to finding anything I liked. I’m not being fussy, but they did not have anything close to my size and of course I had to order online. This was a weekday morning. I was in there and there was only one other customer in the store. I asked the manager who waited on me that I thought there were a lot ofhigh school and maybe even college kids who need shoes to play basketball in and he says they have to have them made specially for their feet. I looked at him with a little skepticism and went on my merry way.”
