“I switched all of my business and personal accounts to Commerce Bank about 8 years ago. I went to the payment to pay off a credit card and the people were so friendly and courtesy. They asked for me business and I was fed up FirstBank and the ridiculous hoops I had to jump through there. Since I moved my accounts they have moved to this great new stand alone location and the people are still wonderful. Highly recommend.”

Not only did Alberto take the time to help her understand proper use of a debit card, but he offered for her to come in today during his lunch hour so he could give her the basics on finances and budgeting. She took him up on the offer and is a better smarter person because of it. “I was having an incredibly bad day and things only got worse when I saw water on my paycheck. Normally, I would just cash it at the grocery store but they were concerned it might rip and suggested I take it to US Bank since that’s where the check was from. The worst part? The water spilled on the signature and I was so stressed, Thinking no one would believe it was real. When I got to the bank, I was already upset and to top it off, I was really confused by what the staff was saying about “washing checks” Especially since I knew my check was legitimate. I even had to call my mom balling my eyes out because the whole situation was so overwhelming. She explained what the bank staff was trying to tell me but I already knew they were just following protocol. The people at this US Bank were incredibly patient and kind, Even when I was a mess. There was a lady who took extra time to contact the right people to verify the check and in the end, They were able to cash it for me. I believe the two people who helped me were Mohammed and Allison (I hope I got their names right). Their kindness and patience meant the world to me on such a tough day and I really appreciate them going the extra mile. Thank you!”

“We moved our accounts from Chase to First Bank due to sudden changes by Chase's management to raise the fees. Senior Banker Rebecca at First Bank in Centennial was extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions, laughed at my cheesy jokes, and moved us along quickly due to having a child with us. Everything was explained simply and easily to understand. After Chase burned our relationship that we've had with them for over a decade, we have no doubt First Bank will be there for us down the road.
