“Not sure if I should change from a dealer to an independent auto repair. We called AAA and they recommended Honest Accurate Auto Repair. When I called with questions I got my questions answered and I felt Jeff was honest. I brought my car in last Thursday. I was brought home and they picked me up at home to get my car. They did a complete inspection. Randy emailed me with what they found along with photos and the cost. I got in my car and it felt solid. I don’t know how to explain that but I felt comfortable and safe knowing what they said they would do was complete. I will have Honest Accurate Auto Repair service my vehicle from now on. I found out that the owner worked on my car. I’m very happy. Thank you, Honest Accurate Auto Repair.”
“I had muffler issues on my Porche Cayenne and brought my car for consultation. They recommended to do engine flush before major repairs that would have costed me thousands of dollars. I went with their recommendation and it has been a few months now and the engine light has not turned on again. Have no issues whatsoever. Greatly appreciate their help!”

Techs were friendly and helpful even though I came in around 5 and they close at 6. Gave me my overdue oil change and helped me figure out what the issues were. Also recommended a shop that could help. I will try my favorite first, but I appreciate the info. And that Nikko was honest! I had another tech whose name I WISH I could recall because he was great. He offered me a charger when my phone was low, and even brought over a supportive computer chair because I mentioned I had a bad back — that kind of thoughtfulness is rare.
Mike also encouraged transparency, allowing me to walk around the vehicle and see things for myself when I asked. The quote I received was honest and fair — I've been overcharged at other shops for lower-quality brake work, so I really appreciated the integrity here.

“These guys are awesome!! I went there for the first time today. They rotated my tires, removed a piece of metal from the tread and fixed a squeaky rotor!! My bill was zero dollars I could not believe it especially when everything is so expensive now. Honest and friendly. Plus they still provide ride service where most garages have discontinued this service. I’m a fan!!!! Thanks so much guys!!”
