My fiancé and I have been coming to this spot before it became a sit-down restaurant, and we are so happy that it is continuing to grow. The food is amazing. The root vegetable ruben is a consistent menu item, and I think everything else changes. Last time I was here I got the tofu polenta (amazing), and my dad (whom is not vegan) purchased the root vegetable reuben - which he loved and proceeded to praise for the rest of his visit to Denver. I believe Gladys is a must visit restaurant for any traveler and local. There is level of care that goes into this food that cannot be found in many restaurants. If you take the time to visit this spot, you will not regret it!

2045 Sheridan Boulevard, EdgewaterWe spent four days in Denver. We had breakfast here on Day 1 and returned for breakfast every single day because we were so impressed. The food is SO good! Everything we ordered was delicious and was prepared very quickly each day. All of the staff we interacted with were great! We particularly enjoyed Jodi, who waited on us two days in a row. She's friendly, personable, efficient and a real asset to your business. We will definitely return the next time we are in denver.
