116 Stone Street, MorrisonMy friends and I stopped here after a hike in the area and loved it. It’s got a nice outdoor patio that is dog friendly and a good selection of beers. Food was good, but they only have pizzas and Bonfire Burritos. Inside is on the smaller side but lots of room on the patio outside and plenty of shade out there too.

316 Bear Creek Avenue, MorrisonVery car guy atmoshere, not my jam but others may like. Mango Fizz very fizzy pretty good. Service prompt. Bathroom - no toilet paper or towels. Soap tho. Fried pickels - nice appetizer, flavorfull ranch. Macaroni grilled cheese - very cheesy, would have preferred a little more spice. Also it was penne not macaroni but who's counting? Onion rings - good, but not special. Veggie burger good (and existing which is nice). Berry yummy salad - was great, one sad apple tho. Ice cream and fudge - Good, great temperature for both.

14011 West Quincy Avenue Unit m, MorrisonAccidentally missed the home depot turn in the roundabout and ended up in the parking lot for Tommy's Subs and decided it was the universe telling to grab a sandwich. Glad I did. Laid back, old school atmosphere, fast friendly service, and a great sandwich. A level up from the Subways, Jimmy John's of the world. Perhaps the only dowside was not quite as many options for add-ons as the large franchises, but the bread was exactly the right combo of fresh, chewy but with a good crunchy texture, ingredients tasted fresh and in the right ratio. Light on the meat is a complaint Ive seen in some reviews and I suppose its not what Id call a generous meat portion but perfectly within the acceptable meat to bread ratio. Im a mustard snob, so Id like to be a brown or storne ground mustard option but this is like complaining that I didnt like the color of shirt my beautiful wife is wearing - its a minor detail. Like Warren Zevon said, enjoy every sandwich and Ill be back to Tommy's for sure.
