“Had an eventful morning Thursday after finding out i had a flat tire that wouldn't hold the air in very long. None the less my husband found Elite Mobile Tire & Maintenance info on Google for me so I gave them a call and they were able to help me out so quickly. Within a very small amount of time after I called them they were able to meet me at my job & look my tire over. “Absolutely amazing. Mike was wonderful to work with. I was having Emissions problems and they did a full diagnostic and smoke test. Also kept it over night to make sure it was okay to go. They got me an uber to my destination while I was waiting for updates and even offered me one to go to work the next day. I havent dealt with huge car issues and so going to this place was amazing and Mike helped clear up all my fears and worries. He also put up with my handful of phone calls and questions. They also have a payment plan system that you can go through and that was pretty seamless to apply for as well. Will be going back in the future”

I do recommend knowing what your doing before coming because they do charge by the hour ($8/10 depending on which bay you need to use). You do get an hour free for answering a mandatory written test so that's good!
If you don't know what your doing they do have staff to help guide you through what you want to do. However the help is limited.
Staff is as good as you treat them. If your nice their nice, be humble, respectful, considerate, and you'll leave happy and thankful there is a place on base that can help you learn more about your vehicle.
