The office was a little difficult to find because there's a big sign above the door that says Optum, but if you look carefully, there's a paper sign taped to the window that tells you there are a couple of other businesses through the entrance, including Quest.”

“The technician was great, but the computer system was very bad. My wife had to run to the doctor's office and get the paper order because Quest did not have it on the computer even though it was sent to Quest a week prior.”
“Long story short my company needed me to take a drug test and send me an email on New Year's Eve with 72 hours to complete. Quest is not open on New Year's Eve or New Year's Day and I was in a hurry Friday January 2nd to get in and get tested. When I came into the office Julie informed me that once I got checked in I would be good to go. My appointment was for 10:20 a.m. and the e-passport for the drug screening expired at 10:17 a.m. long story short she was very professional and got me taken care of quickly. Thank you all for helping me get through this process in a professional and timely manner”

“I had a very positive experience with Jamie. I had to go here for my life insurance medical exam.I was very nervous and overwhelmed leading up to the visit. I’ve had a history of bad experiences with blood draws. She was very calm and kind. She was also very fast. She was even supportive when I felt sick to my stomach from the blood withdrawal due to anxiety I get from blood draws. She made it the least painful time I’ve ever had & I was able to bounce back faster than usual due to her insightfulness and support.I would recommend this place in person.”
“Friendly, efficient, and professional. I made an appointment online, came in with my lab requisition printed out, and checked-in when I arrived 10 minutes early. At exactly my appointment time, they called me up to the desk, and took me back right away to complete my blood draw. The office was very busy but they were polite and kind to everyone.”

“Very friendly staff but too many walk in patients on Mondays. Held up my appointment because the walk in patients were waiting since 8:30am and my appointment was at 10:15am but still took an hour wait for routine blood draw. Don’t go in Monday mornings.”

Express check in was a breeze and there was no one in the waiting room. The ladies at the front desk were both very nice and the blood draw was uneventful.
