HotchkissAbsolutely an amazing business and owner! I just recently moved into town, and have brought a beloved ball python with me. Buffy, despite me being annoying and calling many times, was very kind and understanding with me! Thats more I can say for scale n tails which I used previously in my old residency. Not only are her prices very accommodating but the service is above and beyond! Best part is, you don’t have to drive all the way to Delta or Junction!

39126 CO-133, HotchkissGreat outside atmosphere at this place. Many tables near the restaurant and down below. We stopped here multiple times during our trip as many things close in this area at the beginning of the week. We were able to find multiple gluten-free options. The gluten-free burger buns were extremely fluffy like a real bun. Loved the sweet potato fries. The chili fries were loaded too much with chili and couldn’t eat all of it. The tiny tacos were definitely not tiny. They were overflowing with meat. The meat was delicious. Be careful with some of their hot sauces ?. The apple ginger juice was tasty; lightly sweetened. Their ice cream is a must have. My wife really enjoyed the unique flavors. There’s music outside even when there’s not a band.
