They were busy working and I asked them a question about a particular dress in a particular size and Charlene looked it up and said it was only available on line and she found the item number for me and then walked me though (which took some time!) how to order it correctly on line!! Usually i ask questions in places now days and the staff knows very minimal about their products with specs and such which makes me have to research. My experience was the opposite there as every question i asked she knew all the answers and more. I try to be fairly on top of most things I'm buying and not gonna lie I went to a few other places looking at the Vanguards. I was on edge with where to buy and when but going there to the Broomfield location made it easy. She was patient, easy to work with and over all super cool”

I had a customer service ask if I needed assistance. You never see anyone at JCPENNEY to help you. I did find some short sleeve shirts. I was very pleased. I would like to go back for some pants.
