Haily, in training, was very helpful to take care of my issue before her mentor could see me. She is destined to be a rising star in her future endeavors with the attitude she has.”
“My mom and I came in a month back with a problem that nobody in the store had ever seen, and that we had been attempting to resolve (to no avail) for years. We were admittedly not the easiest of customers. Though we ultimately did not get the resolution we hoped for, and will likely not be staying with T-Mobile, Josh and Rheanna deserve 5 stars. Josh was the first person in all these years to validate us in our continual problem with T-Mobile and, despite being new, he did everything in his power to help us. When our problem exceeded his abilities, he referred us on to his boss, Rheanna, who was equally as patient and helpful. All said we spent hours bothering these two, and they were nothing but patient and understanding.
So 0 stars for T-Mobile as a company, but 5 stars for Josh and Rheanna at this location.”
“First time using cricket after quite a few years of prepaid service, I decided to switch my number and take part in a free phone when switching deal. The ladies that work there are absolutely fabulous. It took us nearly two hours to figure out my account information from my old carrier and she did a wonderful job explaining the reason/reasons for the delay, deals and every other question I had. Wonderful staff wonderful service. I couldn’t be happier switching for the first time. They also have a surprisingly good selection of accessories like Bluetooth speakers, chargers, glass screen protectors and phone cases.”
