“Went in today 10.11.2025 in the early afternoon. I was in a complicated situation concerning my old service and me needing to switch to AT&T. The Gentleman by the name of Dillon and a Pleasent young woman named Arwa, both helped me out road block after road block and thankfully after all their patience and knowledge i was able to get rid of my old service and start a new service with AT&T TODAY!!!! I was so stressed when I arrived and when I left I was so so happy!!! These two employees know what there doing and have wonderful customer service. THANK U AT&T....”
