Heart breaking when my size isn't in but they always do their best to help out and make sure you love what you're getting. Today Haley ( my cashier was awesome and actually helped me secure another pair of Vans to rock!), and I believe she said her name was Janesa was also awesome! She helped me get a new pair of shoes for work and was super helpful and had amazing vibes. I walked away with two new pairs to rock out and add to my growing 20+ pair collection, there's always a reason I come back here and that's because they make you feel like part of the Vans family. The space is small enough to feel intimate but large enough to stroll through with plenty of space.
The staff are helpful and sweet, and are happy to assist when asked. ?

“I stopped into Journeys about two weeks ago and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Liam and another amazing employee (I wish I remembered her name!). They were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive from the moment I walked in.
It was honestly refreshing to receive that level of service—especially in a mall setting, where that kind of experience has become pretty rare lately. They made my visit quick, easy, and enjoyable.

“I should leave 2 reviews. The 1st one would be 5 stars to the very helpful individuals at the Park Meadows location that assisted with finding another pair of the perfect shoe due to the pair at their location had a broken strap. Jasmine and Samantha looked up, called(but no annswer) and witnessed the terrible customer service I received over the phone from Diane at Bowles Crossing location. They were also in disbelief at the poor treatment. Both went beyond basic customer service to make a bad experience with Diane feel like a one time occurrence. The 2nd review would be a 0 star review for Diane at the Bowles Crossing location for not even wanting to look up a shoe by the UPC over the phone and providing what I could say is the worst customer service I have experienced at any DSW location nationwide. I even asked several times to look it up by the UPC. And yes I did call customer service to complain. It may be a bit of a drive, but the associates at Park Meadows are by far more superior, caring and supportive than Bowles Crossing. And I also called customer service to make sure Jasmine and Samantha were recognized for their wonderful service.”

“I stopped by with an odd job that several other tailors said they couldn’t help me with. Mike was exceptionally friendly and told me he could fix my watchbands while I waited. I had another shoe repair place adjust my previous watchband in Arizona and Mike did so much of a better job. Rather than just cutting it and sewing it, he came up with a creative workaround to make it look a million times better than the one I had previously done. You can’t tell it’s been adjusted. His customer service was excellent and his work was superb. Highly recommended for whatever your project.”
