From the start, he was incredibly friendly and easy to work with, taking the time to really get to know us as a couple. He was able to weave personal touches into the meal, like Colombian arepas because my husband is Colombian.
His kindness was evident in every interaction, and his team was quick, efficient, and professional throughout the entire event. I had so many questions, and he patiently answered each one, making the planning process smooth and stress-free.
We opted for family-style dining, and it was the perfect choice, creating an intimate and warm environment that our guests loved. The food itself was packed with flavor and presented beautifully. Knowing it was all locally sourced made it even better.
We chose the short rib and chicken, both of which were excellent. The chimichurri sauce was delicious, and the spinach salad was also a huge hit. To top it all off, he organized an ice cream bar featuring ice cream from a local creamery and even went the extra mile to find my favorite topping!
Overall, Jake and his team made our wedding meal unforgettable, and we can't recommend him enough!
