We walked into an environment full of people and positive energy. Somewhere else might have been 15-28 minutes,,, ours was out in 7 or less. You wan5 that experience that only happens in a small town? Here, at the Fireweed.

124 S Glasgow Ave, RicoTruly an epicurean incredible experience in Rico, CO! We’ve dined all over the world and this place ranks up with some of the finest restaurants anywhere. Every bite was an explosion of delightful flavor and perfectly presented and masterfully executed! The Chef “next Michelin” “owner”. and staff are the best. Our servers Jess and Violet were wonderful. Must try the fresh roasted garlic with warm Olive Oil, Balsamic vinegar and focaccia bread. And the corn bisque is the best you’ll ever have! Salmon and lasagna were incredible. The chocolate cake with home made ice cream was the icing on the cake! Just GO to this incredible place! Worth the drive! Can’t wait to return. Thanks you!!
