I cannot say enough great things about this place. They received our phone call as our dog had experienced a laceration to his leg and after learning other vets in the area would not offer any assistance, even with a simple gauze pad, wrap, or bandaid of any kind so that our dog would stop profusely bleeding in the car, (i.e. Grand animal Hospital in Fraser) we found Elk Meadow and couldn’t have been happier. They are such amazing people and were so so kind throughout the entire process. Awesome people, great experience (all things considered), and can’t recommend them enough

2989 Bergen Peak Drive, EvergreenI take my dog here three days a week. She's a rescue and loves other dogs but really struggles with trusting or going near other people. After only a short amount of time, she was letting staff give her hugs and was no longer afraid of them. This has helped us massively in our daily life with her as she has learned from the staff at Bergen Bark Inn that she can trust people. Not all of them for sure! And that's ok with me! I do believe their care, compassion and love of animals has contributed to her having less anxiety and is a happier girl over all.

One of my favorite details was that they won’t even ask you for a tip, at least on to go orders. Business as it should be imo.

We found the menu to have plenty of offerings for our taste. I modified my breakfast a little to make it a high protein, no carb meal. My husband got a breakfast burrito. The cafe is spacious with plenty of seating; we didn’t have to wait. There is parking right in front of the door. There is also some outdoor seating. Overall, we had a great experience.

Their newly updated bar is a great addition, and the food is exceptional. The Carbonara Al Sugo is the best I’ve had – including the numerous times I’ve ordered it in Italy. I like that it has a little spice and pepper to it. The burrata and prosciutto e melone appetizers are fresh and beautifully done, and the wine list and cocktails are outstanding. Head chef Violet is a delight, and the servers and bartenders make you feel like a regular from day one. Upscale feel, warm atmosphere, incredible food. Highly recommend.
