When the time came several months later that our dog needed emergent care, we did a Google search, crossed our fingers, and took her to Animal Care Center. From the beginning, each of their staff were kind and understanding of our situation and got us in impressively quickly after calling and asking for help (both times)! In these small mountain towns, finding vet care, especially in emergent situations and with challenging animals, can be difficult if not near impossible. I feel so grateful to the staff at Animal Care Center, especially Dr. Wendy!

645 US-50, SalidaOh, this coffee joint is great, love to swing by and get my caffeine, but this last time the staff went above and beyond! We accidentally left a phone behind as we headed down the canyon and didn’t discover it for an hour! We called the phone and Sophie answered and said she would stay after closing to make sure we got the phone! Plus it was her birthday! I can’t thank her enough for her kindness that day. She is an amazing person, and deserves all the good things! We will always stop there now, whether we “need” a drink or not! 💕
