Platte River Saloon
517 Front St, FairplayTook our father on a trip through Colorado and this was one of the most memorable stops along the way. This place was just perfect. Hoss (Haus) was genuine and BUSY. Locals and visitors alike were all having a good time. His personal suggestions and real conversation made the experience even better than the food(which was also just perfect) To top it off there's a pay to play pool table that we couldn't pass on and had to play. The place has a dive feel so don't go in expecting cloth napkins, but it hits all the right feels. I will go out of my way to visit here again any time I come through the state. Thanks for the meal Hoss.
