“When I came in to finalize my reservation to get my storage I was welcomed by Elizabeth she was so kind. She went over everything with me made me feel not stressed and a nice smooth feeling. She gave me a little tore showed me where my storage shed was and how to use the locks. Also convenient locations of the building to load or unload. The place was very clean. And the service was great.”
“I reserved my storage unit online and when I went to get my code, Elizabeth was a great help! She told me the dos and don'ts that's not listed on the website, and showed me how to get in and out and even went as far as waiting so I can make sure the code worked. She was a great. I hope everyone gets to experience her service.”
“This was my first time renting a storage unit while I was moving between apartments. I originally rented a unit that was way too big and Debbie was very helpful with transferring me to a better sized unit. It was very quick and easy. I stopped in the office for a few questions and again, Debbie was very friendly! She answered all of my questions and even assisted with my purchases of packing boxes. This as been a great first storage experience, highly recommend!”

“We recently moved TWO houses of furniture to ONE house. We had a LOT of boxes, totes and furniture, some of which was quite heavy. Melissa and Jason arrived as scheduled at 9:30 am. Melissa did a magnificent job of backing the truck up an S-shaped 200 foot steep driveway. From that point until the truck pulled away from the new house at 5:30, she and Jason worked long and hard to get all of our possessions safely on and off the truck. They were two of the strongest and hardest workers we have ever seen. About midday, a second truck arrived with Anthony and David as reinforcements. All 4 people worked as a team, not only respecting our items and our hardwood floors, but also looking out for each other's safety as they worked. All of the crew was polite, efficient and professional. Although we hope to stay put in our new location, we would surely use Bert Hill Movers again and highly recommend them. The bill at the end of the day was most reasonable for the tremendous service we received. (Central MA)”

“Reasonably priced warehouse space with loading docks, easy 24-hour access, and friendly management. Most of the space is rented by long-term customers, including a couple of small manufacturers. It is temperature controlled and reasonably clean, but there is some dust and odor generated by the manufacturing operations, so that items which are not in packaging need to be covered with a tarp if stored long-term. I use it and recommend it.”
