“Needed a storage unit pretty quickly and Ashley was AMAZING. she’s super helpful/knowledgeable and looked up other facilities to make sure i got what i was looking for. she also was so so kind and her whole attitude helped me feel so much less stressed about this whole process. i had to go back and switch my unit last minute and she was able to get a new one ready for me that day. the unit and facility were both clean and easy to access and use. i highly recommend this place (and ashley!)”

She told me the dos and don'ts that's not listed on the website, and showed me how to get in and out and even went as far as waiting so I can make sure the code worked. She was a great. “Overall I'm finding Prime Storage to be grea - clean, well lit, easy to get in and out, secure, and the people working there have been friendly and helpful.
My one problem happened yesterday when I was bringing some boxes to the storage. There was no cart in the building. I was alone and had to carry all my things in one by one. I was told that there's a problem with people stealing them. I hope that they will be replaced. Maybe some sort of alarm could be put on them. It's too bad some people are so dishonest that they have to steal such things.”

“This was my first time renting a storage unit while I was moving between apartments. I originally rented a unit that was way too big and Debbie was very helpful with transferring me to a better sized unit. It was very quick and easy. I stopped in the office for a few questions and again, Debbie was very friendly! She answered all of my questions and even assisted with my purchases of packing boxes. This as been a great first storage experience, highly recommend!”
“I had to move my mom out of her apartment because she was very ill. It was a spur of the moment decision to hire a moving company. So I did what we all do - we search on google until we find a place that has good reviews. Bert’s was the first to come up in my search. By reading what other people had said about them it made me reach out and schedule a date. The scheduling was super easy. I gave a list of items and, Idona the scheduler, gave me an estimated cost which came in way under. On moving day the movers that came were prompt and super nice. I had lost my mom the day before so moving her things out of her place wasn’t easy. There was a small entertainment center that I couldn’t bring to my house so I was going to donate it. They put it in my car for me. Once we got to my home they asked me where everything was to go. They set it all up and asked if it was ok and if I was happy the way things looked. They even asked me if I wanted them to move the existing furniture in my home back to the way it was. They were super careful and they didn’t damage one thing. I have used other companies before and I have ended up with busted tv’s, sofas, mirrors etc. Not once did those companies ever refund me any money or even so much an apology. If I ever need to move again I would definitely use Bert’s. I want to thank the men that came out that day personally and I’m so sorry I can’t remember your names. It was an incredibly emotional time for me. You made a really hard day go very smoothly for me and I’m so sorry it was like one of the hottest days of the summer! Thank you again for your kindness and helpfulness.
