Huge shoutout to the new manager Destiny so welcoming and warming. She handled a situation today very calmly and accordingly for the ignorant mom who refused to understand she wasn’t even listed as a person authorized to make a change to her friends account. Shame on her, she also made threats to the staff to report them because they couldn’t do anything without the account holder present in store with their id.

“After struggling with service on my phone for a long while (losing internet connection and having SOS messages pop up in service areas where no one else had struggles), I stopped in to see if I could get some help with my phone. Queenie, who appeared to be the manager, was very quick and was able to fix my service issue in a brief visit. I have since not seen the same issues with the service. I will be continuing to monitor but she was very knowledgeable and even showed me how to personally troubleshoot any issues like this in the future.”

Longest process was updating and transfer I could have done that on my own at home but Angel had no problem doing it for me and keeping good conversation. “Woke up this morning to a tv display that could not be changed, and then proceeded to try and fix things myself, which wasted 45 minutes, of course. Called Cox product support and got Eric on the line and 10-15 minutes later we were up and running normally. Eric was obviously well trained ( with a decade of working for Cox ) and expert in fixing things remotely. Great advertisement for Cox Communications and their Product Support team.
