“I went in to add a phone line to my plan and do some other switches and Will was covering for the East Hampton store today , he was amazing and very helpful. He was extremely patient with us as one of my daughter’s phones was not updated properly. I give him a lot of credit putting up with us, he stayed past closing to make sure everything updated and transferred properly. My youngest kept him very amused. Thank you Will for being so kind and patient with us. If we need anything else we will come visit you in your home store in Cromwell!”

“After struggling with service on my phone for a long while (losing internet connection and having SOS messages pop up in service areas where no one else had struggles), I stopped in to see if I could get some help with my phone. Queenie, who appeared to be the manager, was very quick and was able to fix my service issue in a brief visit. I have since not seen the same issues with the service. I will be continuing to monitor but she was very knowledgeable and even showed me how to personally troubleshoot any issues like this in the future.”

“I have been a T-Mobile customer for years, however I recently went into the store (the one located in the buckland mall) there was a long line/wait, and I had a lot to do there, so I assumed when it got to be my turn that the employee may have been a bit rushed with the store being so crowded and all. But she was the opposite! I had to upgrade a few phones and wanted to buy a couple of new gadgets and she took her time, went over each item, looked thru all the deals they were offering to help get me the best one, she helped me figure out what my new bill would be each month, I just can't say enough how kind and patient she was! Thank you Kerstin !!”

“They didn't have most of what I was trying to purchase....

Samsung requires an additional piece that plugs into usb-c slot to use headphones so that was the first thing they didn't have, next was a usb-c wall charger longer than 3 feet. They only had 3ft... i.e. 1 meter.

I had them put my new screen protector on but it wasn't done well and the next day 2 of the corners were already lifting up!

They were very pleasant”

“Frontier's fiber system works amazingly so far (6 months), and I didn't have any of the issues that other people seem to have had. My internet has been reliable and has had all the speed I could want and more. I had a question about the first billing cycle and the help line was responsive, quick, pleasant, and helpful. Rick came to do an install and was here at the beginning of the time window, was respectful, and knew his stuff. From other reviews it seems like the DSL system isn't the best, but I would recommend giving the fiber system a shot.”
