“If they don't have it, you probably don't need it! This is an incredible small hardware store with an outstanding inventory. Knowledgeable, friendly, staff will eagerly find what you need and offer assistance with repairs. Need a single specialty bolt, for example? Don't spend hours searching and be forced into purchasing an entire bag from a big store. These guys will sell you the one you need for a fraction of the cost.”

“Most of the workers here are kind and educated which as most know is difficult to find nowadays i enjoy going to this location. If they do not have knowledge about something they dont come up with some fairy tale fabrication to seem educated or super informed... At least 3/4s of the workers they simply state they dont know. So anyhow i enjoy it here for these simple reasons.”

“I worked with Ryan and Justin here at Thames valley. I was having quite the month of bad experiences and bad luck left and right. Like most people I’m sure I can easily say I’ve given up on good customer service. But there’s always the rare breeds that seem to keep the customer service industry alive. These two were exceptional from the start. To the phone conversations on what to do with my water heater all the way to the purchasing process and pick up. They went above and beyond! Great conversation and knowledge. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an easy process or just simply looking for knowledge about the industry. 5 stars all the way around”

“If you want to step up your design when it comes to bath and kitchen fixtures, skip the big box and come here. Besides the beautiful sinks, tubs and toilets, you actually have folks who know what they're doing. At our most recent visit we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful to find what we needed which was not easy. We come here because they have quality products that carry better manufacturers warranties. They have or can get the parts to fix or accentuate whatever they sell. Thank God our plumber turned us on to them!”
“This home Depot has one very special thing about it that will keep us coming back to this location. It is a very sincere wonderful manager named Morgan. Any company or corporation would be lucky to have someone like this. When I say she went over and above when no one else would that would be an understatement. She made our day she made our week. We still talk about her and the difference she made and wish more people could be like this remarkable employee. If you get to work with Morgan you won't shop anywhere else. We have continued to go to this Home Depot. We have recently been greeted by Ollie and Tredon. Both are kind patient and considerate. Tredon made sure every concern I had regarding a very large order was addressed and he too went above and beyond. Amber is still on the scene and is still an amazing asset. “I recently was in dire need of a refrigerator Thankfully the staff at Lowe’s understood my concern and provided exceptional customer service and ensured my satisfaction. I want to shout out Athena and Angel for their amazing support and attention to my families needs. I haven’t used Lowe’s that often because of where I used to live, but now that I have moved to the Lisbon area the difference is incredibly evident in the staff and the way a home owner is treated. This is a store that cares about the home owner rather than cater to the contractor. Because of Angel and Athena, when I approach that intersection out front, you can bet I take a left into Lowe’s where I know genuinely awesome employees are staffed to meet my needs and ensure I leave with a smile on my face. “Likely a good store, been there for decades. It came up when searching for dry ice, their website said if looking for dry ice to check another brand’s website and that one sadly has zero results for this area. Wish the search results weren’t deceptive but that’s not their fault.”
“It's Home Depot they got pretty much everything you need search online for your local store to confirm before entering because most of the staff will just go to their computers and look up the same thing you're looking for, the paint department there is pretty good and always a great experience in that department with knowledge and friendliness, as a whole it's a good store”

“Holdridge’s is a great local “mom and pop” garden center/hardware store. Outstanding selection for all of your garden, flower, lawn care needs. For hardware, they don’t have everything, but I always give them a try. Fantastic service!! Very highly recommended.”
