It is very important to me when the clinic shows compassion for my animals and a willingness to keep cost down. With the state of economic conditions sometimes I will delay annual visits to recuperate some money even if a visit would be beneficial to the pet. It would be nice if there were loyalty discounts for homes with multiple animals due to it being costly to regularly come in for visits and be a responsible pet owner with preventatives, etc. I already have the membership rewards with the company that manufactures the preventatives but it never accumulates enough to make a difference towards the bill.
