“I love this place, Jason's crossfit is the best, I thoroughly enjoyed the 24/7 access I had, and the people here are so friendly.This was the best gym I'd ever been apart of in all honesty. Ive been a memeber at the Y, Lifetime. HALOS Different, there's a real sense of community here and it's members are devoted.Unfortunately I had to move away and while I did live in the area, was not able to take full advantage of all this place has to offer.Still extremely hopeful they consider Online access for just the WOD so I can continue from NJ!”

“Greenwich 24/7 fitness is, without doubt, the best gym experience I have ever had and if it wasn't for the fact I am moving, I would happily continue to be a member. Kenny, the owner, is a top shelf manager and is always available to assist with anything. The membership is month to month and there are no predatory practices! I highly recommend Greenwich 24/7 fitness to anyone interested in getting back in shape!”

“Best gym EVER. No seriously - owners Maddy, John and Skaz are such wonderful, positive people you can’t help but smile when you’re there. The space is huge, set up so well; it’s clean; the equipment is all top of the line. But what really keeps me coming back is the personal training, which is outstanding. I’ve worked with many trainers over the years, and the trainers here are all so knowledgeable, the workouts are challenging and I saw results much quicker than I thought I would. I have so much fun in my sessions despite being pushed to my limits. It’s the perfect gym - if you’ve been on the fence stop in and give it a try - I wish I had come in sooner.”

“This is a fantastic gym for anyone looking to change their bodies and change their outlook on fitness.While they are very much a group which trains pre-collegiate and pre-pro athletes - I know nothing about that. I’m an actress who does ballet, and I wanted to challenge myself - and I got that challenge.This is a team of coaches who are caring to each individual beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. As a person who has never touched a weight rack (is that even what it’s called?) I feel challenged, informed, supported and SAFE at all times, doing something that was completely new to me.I’ve learned so much from the coaches about the right way to work out, the SAFE way to work out, the best way to eat for working out - things that you can find on you YouTube, but it’s not anywhere near what you can learn from working out with these coaches.Todd, the owner, is incredible and is eager to work with each client to tailor their personal experience at D1.The coaches I’ve worked with - Evan, Ben and Marc, are all amazing at what they do. They’re all very serious about what they want to get done for each individual, but each bring their own humor to the workouts so they’re truly fun - even when you leave looking like you just spent an hour in a sauna.If you have kids working towards professional sports careers - this is the place to go. “Love this Burn Boot Camp. The owner, Emma, is really friendly and makes everyone feel welcome and able to achieve. She runs a great gym with a positive and supportive atmosphere. All the instructors bring high energy to their classes, making it a fun and happy place to work out, and they adapt exercises to your fitness level and help you with form as required. “I can't say enough positive things about The Training Floor. I am an avid equestrian and have always been an active person, but have never found the "right" gym routine / program to keep me engaged and consistent, until I found Ray and Megan at the Training Floor. The small group classes are fun, challenging, and have helped me immensely with my strength, stamina, flexibility, and confidence. Historically, working out outside of the saddle has always been a chore. I now find myself eager and excited to get my workouts in and I see big improvements in my riding as a result (which my horse appreciates). And it's not just the physical results that keep me coming back - the community and environment that Ray and his team have created is amazing. Perfect for anyone who struggles with "gym anxiety"; everyone is incredibly welcoming and supportive and the trainers know every person who steps into the gym by name. “Went for the first time last week. Took a Monday night class. I think the "coach" was Ashley. I'm sad this was my first experience because I was really looking to get help with my form. But the coach was too busy only "coaching" her favorites or friends. But she really is more of an annoying cheerleader. She did not come up to me once. The other coach who was not on a mic was really nice. And she corrected me with one exercise. I was just rather surprised and disappointed the lack of professionalism by the main coach as I would of expected her to be more interactive. Great place and great workout. Just look at the schedule and stay away from Ashley D.”

“F45 has become my favorite time of day! I love waking every morning to come challenge myself and push myself harder than I am ever able to do working out at home alone. The workouts are always changing, always challenging you to do better and lift more. The coaches are well trained to keep you on track and your form on point. I can’t recommend these workouts enough. “Solid gym if you’re just trying to go there, mind your business, workout and leave. Machines work fine and facility looks clean. Can’t speak on locker rooms since I live close enough to hop back in my car and go home to shower but place looked clean. Not sure why so many people complain about the gym. It’s an LA fitness. It’s perfectly fine for what it is. If you want top tier for a gym because we’re in Fairfield county, go to Chelsea Piers but be prepared to pay 3x what you’re paying for your LA fitness membership. Overall, perfectly fine gym, staff is fine, machines are fine and facility is clean and presentable.”

“This is the littlest gym eveeerrrrr.They offer one-on-one personal training and 45-min group functional fitness classes. Barbells, box jumps, kettlebells, weighted sleds, everything!The trainers are all super knowledgeable, high energy and really sweet, kind people.They program a different workout every day and give each class member the attention of a personal training client. They know your name. Your issues. Your loves/hates.This is the only place I’ll ever work out again.”

“I can't recommend StretchLab enough. David, the GM, is incredibly kind, knowledgable, and always makes sure that clients have the best experience, based on their unique needs. Mark, the flexologist, is absolutely amazing. He mixes a combination of stretching and massage, based on his vast experience. I always leave feeling so much better! Over the years, I've gone to other stretching facilities and masseuses in NYC, but StretchLab exceeds all prior experiences. If you have any tightness or discomfort or just want to proactively start stretching more, StretchLab is the place to be! You won't regret it!”

Flexible options - most mornings I️ do a live class but sometimes I️ opt for a recording. The recordings are updated frequently so I️ dont get bored with them. And the live classes have a terrific vibe with a very attentive coach to help me avoid injury - and sometimes push me to do more. I’m a huge fan.”
