“This place is actually wonderful. My grandma rents cars there so many times out of the year and the cars are always top quality, besides a few scratches, but, who cares! Workers John and Mohammed are absolutely wonderful and go above and beyond with care. Wonderful job!”

“Vehicle is always available when reserved (they've even had it ready earlier when I've requested!) Staff is ALWAYS so pleasant & helpful. We own older vehicles so we dont like using them for long drives; Enterprise is a huge part of our vaca plans & its refreshing knowing that is one less thing I have to worry about!”
“I needed a vehicle to get to work while mine was in the shop. So I won't speak on selection of vehicles because it didn't matter to me. I will speak on the process. Pretty straightforward and rather easy. Most of the check in can be done online before you get there. The staff was pleasant and professional.
I would encourage customers to read the requirements to rent a vehicle. As they are different depending on debit or credit cards. Other than that, I would definitely use Enterprise again.”

The personalized service I received from Tremaine was refreshing, she checked on me after the vehicle switch to ensure I was satisfied. This is a smaller location than I’m used to renting from so they don’t have as many car options, especially for customers with status. “The staff at this location are always so friendly and helpful. We have rented from this location a number of times, always with great results. My most recent trip involved an extended rental but then had complications and a change in return date. They even worked with us on what was supposed to be a prepaid, nonrefundable contract when my elderly travel companion had to be brought home suddenly. Real human beings with a great attitude. Five stars!”

“I dropped my Honda Ridgeline off for repairs at a collision center. Enterprise delivered a loaner vehicle there for me.
Unfortunately, they brought a full size Ram pickup as the loaner vehicle. This was a much larger vehicle than the one I have and ,assume they thought,since I drove a pickup normally, I would want another pickup truck.
They allowed me to drive the truck to an appointment I had scheduled and then bring it to their facility and exchange it for something I was more comfortable with. I drove away happy in a Volvo SUV.”
