“Enterprise is still providing quality service in 2024. After reserving a compact car online, the Enterprise rep surprisingly offered an "on- -the-spot" upgrade for the same rate. Each customer service agent gave clear answers for an incredibly smooth rental. GOD BLESS the Enterprise folks!”

“I rarely write reviews, but I do when something needs to be said. I rented a car from this Enterprise location, and the people I dealt with went above and beyond. Klaus was the person I dealt with the most, and he is the reason I searched for the rental agency on Google so that I could write this review. Klaus went above and beyond at a time when I had an emergency situation which was the reason for the rental. Klaus adjusted so many aspects of the rental to accomodate my road hazard incident such that both my professional and personal life were almost unaffected by the crazy pothole I hit. There would not be sufficient room to write about everything. Suffice it to say that I am absolutely using Enterprise and this Kirkwood Highway location any time I or any friend or family member needs a rental in Delaware. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!”
“bryan (brian??? idk how it’s spelled) BUT!!! he made my first experience renting a u-haul easy and extremely pleasant. i might’ve not read the sign on how to open the door (use the knob lol) but he didn’t judge me, such a welcoming face and energy overall. he also helped me figure out the mobile check in/check out process. i will be going back when i need to rent a u-haul again.”

“Picking up a car at this location to drop off later in the week at another location. Michelle made it easy. There were notations on the car that she took care of, she explained everything about costs, and did it efficiently and in no time at all. Would rent from here again.”
“The service I received was very personable and helpful. I had an issue with the vehicle I was originally assigned but Tremaine and Dae’Shawn quickly resolved the situation. The personalized service I received from Tremaine was refreshing, she checked on me after the vehicle switch to ensure I was satisfied. This is a smaller location than I’m used to renting from so they don’t have as many car options, especially for customers with status. I took off one star with hopes that corporate will work to get this amazing team better vehicles.”

“The staff at this location are always so friendly and helpful. We have rented from this location a number of times, always with great results. My most recent trip involved an extended rental but then had complications and a change in return date. They even worked with us on what was supposed to be a prepaid, nonrefundable contract when my elderly travel companion had to be brought home suddenly. Real human beings with a great attitude. Five stars!”
