“5 stars because of Angela! She always helps me when I need it and as a business owner THAT is what is important to me. The relationships are what sets banking apart from being a commodity. I feel Angela is someone I can trust who has my best interest in mind.
This banks procedures are quite frankly not up to par in terms of protecting customers from wire fraud regarding real estate transactions. When I asked the other banker, who I believe was senior, he kind of dismissed my concerns. Angela, however, understood that simply calling the phone number ON the wire instructions is not safe at ALL because fraudsters obviously send fake wire instructions out with their account number on it and are waiting for your call. The other banker did NOT understand or seem to care and that did not make me feel safe as someone who frequently purchases real estate and sends multiple wires a month. Angela is the only reason I am still with this bank.”
