Teresa and the environment she creates is so relaxing and her patient just laid there and seemed to almost enjoy the procedure. So nice that no anesthesia was involved. We were not disappointed! The groomer and van arrived promptly at 8:00 am, and from there, everything went smoothly. The groomer did an exceptional job with both of our golden doodles, and it was evident that they enjoyed the grooming experience more with the mobile service, avoiding the stress of a car ride to the grooming facility. Both the van and the facility in Altamonte Springs are immaculately kept, reflecting the high standards of 4 PETS. The groomer was not only professional but also displayed genuine care for our pets, which was heartwarming to see. 1420 E Altamonte Dr, Altamonte SpringsDr. Matagrano is phenomenal. She is the only vet that my dog ever felt comfortable with. He loved her! Until the very last breath, our Max always felt happy and safe with her and she made our last moments with him so peaceful and beautiful. Max was able to transition surrounded by love and Dr Matagrano stayed with us through it all.
She took care of Max for years and we always felt comfortable with her. Her office staff is top notch! I don’t know if we will ever get a dog again, but if we do, Dr. Matagrano will surely be their vet because she is our vet for life!

Altamonte Pet Doc Hospital
262 E Altamonte Dr, Altamonte SpringsHelped my Dobby and gave me medicine for him at a reasonable price. I got a next day appointment, which was a lot cheaper than going to an emergency vet. Didn’t turn my cat away for his aggression, he just had to be sedated. The vet’s assistant was very kind and gentle with my cat, which helped him not to be so afraid (he was slightly sedated in the photos).
I liked the vet here. He helped my cat. He was making jokes and being friendly.
