“I needed a spare key made for my front door lock. In the past I've had good luck with having duplicates made at a local Ace Hardware. Not this time. After 2 unsuccessful tries I took it to this Home Depot. I explained the situation to their key cutter, a man who called himself "Flip" and who appeared to have expertise. He closely examined the original key and noticed a barely perceptible groove the others had missed. He fiddled with the machine until he got a perfect match. THANK YOU, Flip!”

“Happiest of holidays to the staff at Turner Ace Hardware, especially Mr. Bob Pollard !!! I came in before x-mas looking for a dependable Meat thermometer, I was preparing a expensive cut of prime rib, and needed a good quality meat thermometer, I chose the middle of the range thermometer ( big green egg meter) about 40.00$ ! It was the perfect choice!! Our Standing Rib Roast came out Perfect!!! Thank you Mr.Pollard, You made me an instant kitchen Genius!! I ,myself was so proud of of my ability to pull off the unthinkable! ( a perfect dinner for the family!! I would also like to say that I enjoy this hardware very much! “I went to woodcraft for my first time, and it was a great experience the store beautifully laid out and very well stocked. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. There's no woodcraft in Canada and that's a good thing as I would spend way too much if it were handy. When I come again it's on my list of places to go to”

“Brought in my damaged patio door for a re-screen. I had a great conversation with Adam who did the work. He contacted me when it was completed and explained in detail what was done. I picked it up and the employee behind the counter was very helpful. He answered any/all questions and assisted me with parts for garage door. And I have to say this store is well stocked with anything and everything. Turn around time on the repair was quick!!”

“I don't do a ton of reviews here. Jim worked with us yesterday with the patience and expertise of a saint. Their selection is huge and everything is solid quality. Jim worked through all our cabinet sizes, and even his personal recommendations for finishes, and styles after his many years helping setup kitchen's and other things. In the end, it was this outstanding customer service, the fact that it's local, and his genuine kindness that made it a no-brainer to go with them for all our hardware. “I went into the store looking for large boxes. When I first entered I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. She provided me directions to where the boxes were located and then when I was halfway there, another woman guided me there since I wasn't sure I was headed in the right direction. As I was browsing for boxes, an employee named Karel approached me with a big smile and offered me a cart to use. It was so thoughtful and a very kind gesture. I did not come into Home Depot expecting that kind of service! Keep it up !”

“The best place in Jacksonville for marine supplies. There is no place around that will go as above and beyond to help you as Specialty Marine. If they don't have what you are looking for they they will order it for you or try and fabricate it onsite. Greg has been an absolute rock star in helping me troubleshoot and fix issues I have had with my boat. Customer service and pricing is top notch. I wish I would have learned about Specialty Marine on Mayport Road sooner.”
