“I was recently in this Verizon store to upgrade my phone and Clay assisted me. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. He answered all my questions in a very straightforward fashion and discussed the rationale of his answers. He also enlisted the assistance of his manager when necessary, and the manager was equally impressive. I feel like I left the store with the absolutely perfect product to meet my needs, but without any unnecessary upsales.”
“I really love this Home Depot location. It’s one of my go-to stores whenever I need tools, materials, or anything for home projects. The store is usually well organized, and I can typically find what I need without too much trouble.
The staff has always been helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance, whether it’s finding products or getting advice on the right materials for a job. That makes a big difference when you’re in the middle of a project.
There’s also a great selection of tools, equipment, and home improvement supplies, and I like that they usually keep popular items in stock. The self-checkout and regular checkout options both make the process pretty smooth.
Overall, this is a solid, reliable store that makes home improvement work a lot easier. I always leave satisfied and ready to get back to whatever project I’m working on.”

“I will never go back to any carrier again after working with the team at the Palm Valley T-Mobile. They were awesome. I was formerly with Verizon and they were always giving me the run-around and never clear on pricing (and overcharging me). I walked into T-Mobile and had a clear understanding of a new plan and upgrades for our phones in minutes! They are transparent and no bullshit. Got a great deal for switching over. Carson, Dee Dee, and Diana were the best! They were patient as we transferred all of our data and super efficient during the switchover process. If you're still with Verizon and AT&T, get away and switch to T-Mobile. It was a game changer for us.”
“This location has been here for years and from time to time you see different faces and while most of them have been amazing the crew that they have in there at this moment are absolutely amazing. They are so compassionate for your needs and will go out of their way to help you with anything that need. They are so easy to have conversations with when you are waiting for things to get done. The music is always great and it’s just always a great time when seeing them in their work environment. The cleanliness of the store is amazing and even those you can tell they are making changes in the store, they still try and keep every thing organized and clean for all of us who come in especially having little kids who run around. I just absolutely love this location and will gladly refer all of my friends and family to them so they can get the experience that I always have when visiting.”

“My phone was beyond repair—my internal system as well as my external screen (front and back) were broken. I originally went to another T-Mobile store, and they pawned me off to a website, answered my questions with “I don’t know,” and had no intention of helping me. After coming to this location, I was greeted by Micheal and Anika who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the process. They explained the different steps I could take as well as all my options for trade ins and any other questions I had! They helped me understand the process and informed me on my best deals! “First, Leane was AWESOME! We had to travel from GA to Florida. Our first stop was the Apple store to transfer data from old phone to new phone. We wanted to port the number to the new phone. Apple sent us to Verizon. We had to do a lot of other account work with the Verizon account person via email, texts and phone calls. We were having problems and Leane took control of the situation and made it happen! If not for her, we would have had to go back to GA and then come back to FL! I can't stress enough how awesome Leane is!

“When I walked in for an appraisal/purchase of a new laptop, I was quoted a 40 min wait by the front employee who checks people in. This store is extremely busy, because it’s the only official Apple store in the area and areas around Jacksonville. Luckily I didn’t wait 40 mins, I think I only waited 5 mins. Ms. Linda helped me and was very patient, gentle, and informative. I was in and out within 15 mins. So this review is really for her, and her kind and helpful service. Thanks again!”
