“I’ve been to the Chase branch on Narcoossee, and overall, it’s been a pretty good experience. The staff there is friendly and helpful. Every time I’ve gone in for something like account questions or even just needing cash, they’ve been quick to assist. The tellers are efficient, and I’ve never had to wait long in line. I did have to make a few visits during peak hours, and it does get a little crowded, but that’s to be expected in a busy area. The lobby is clean, and the ATM inside is always working. One downside is the parking situation, it’s kind of a pain to find a spot during rush hours. But other than that, it’s a solid location. Definitely one of the better Chase branches I’ve been to.”
