The three different employees that I interacted with were so helpful and friendly!! I actually went out of my way to go back to this branch location because the staff were great! I don't understand the low star reviews because I have nothing but positive experiences here. They welcomed me in each time I went into the bank and genuinely wished me to have a good day as I was leaving.”

From our first meeting in January 2022, Vera has consistently gone above and beyond to meet my banking needs with professionalism and warmth. Initially, I visited the branch for a simple notarization. Vera greeted me with a smile and helped me not only with the notarization but also introduced me to the benefits of banking with Chase. Her ability to understand my needs and offer tailored solutions was remarkable. Over the years, Vera has assisted me with opening various accounts, my Chase Sapphire credit card, opening and rolling over CDs, and most recently, expediting a Chase auto loan. I walked in to get a business account they had a real professional named Devin that opened up my account, not only was he an absolute pro at banking in and out, he really explained everything in detail and took his time to help set everything up, extremely genuine and personable! “Today 11/8/2024 my wife and I visited the Deerfield BOA on 1000 S Federal highway, and I wanted to give 10 stars if it was possible! With this review we are expressing( on behalve of my wife too) our deepest appreciation for the excellent service we received at this Branch!
First we were welcomed by Magdalena in the lobby since we had an appointment with the Senior Banker!
Our welcome by Magdalena was friendly and she made us feel comfortable right away!
She guided us to the Senior Banker for our appointment!
After being introduced, we met with Ms. Keisha Chin-Quee.
This was one of the BEST experiences and treatment we have had at a BOA office, besides the FIRST time when we opened our account about 24 years ago!
Ms. Keisha is a ROCKSTAR, EXCELLENT service she provided us with solving a problem we have encountered with the on line banking of our account!
She made us feel at ease, while multi tasking, while she was solving our problem SHE was helping out others that needed her assistance!
If I had to give 10 STARS for what she DESERVED, I would have, because she is knowledgeable, friendly, and is excellent in what she is doing! KUDOS , Ms KEISHA!!”

“This bank is amazing. The bank manager Desmond is unbelievable. He was a one man show covering every customer. He even went outside to help a lady find a jump for her car. Though he was super busy he did not make you feel that way. He acted like I was the only customer at the bank. I was in distress as I had a huge problem with my account. After helping me he put me with Silvia who was also very reassuring and calm. I have been with BOA since 1988 and have been to many locations in many cities and this is the best by far. Thanks Desmond and Sylvia you made a bad day good.”

“I went to the branch to make a wire transfer. There was only one banker at a desk . She was helping a customer open an account and told me I had a long wait.
