“Contrary to the other reviews on here, I have been here twice and have nothing but good things to say about my experiences. The three different employees that I interacted with were so helpful and friendly!! I actually went out of my way to go back to this branch location because the staff were great! I don't understand the low star reviews because I have nothing but positive experiences here. They welcomed me in each time I went into the bank and genuinely wished me to have a good day as I was leaving.”

“I happen to drive a little longer to get to this Deerfield branch. I always like the team, energy, and overall service best here. This time I came in prepared to wait forever and deal with a bunch of stuff. Well, color me surprised when, despite being pretty busy, Sexton was able to get to me fast and deal with everything I threw at him. He was friendly, happy, fun and most of all, knowledgeable and efficient. The whole crew in Deerfield is fabulous but Sexton is AMAZING!! I had a bad experience with TD a bit ago and was planning on leaving, but if I can work with him and the team there all the time... I cannot possibly ask for a better bank.”

First we were welcomed by Magdalena in the lobby since we had an appointment with the Senior Banker!
Our welcome by Magdalena was friendly and she made us feel comfortable right away!

After being introduced, we met with Ms. Keisha Chin-Quee.
This was one of the BEST experiences and treatment we have had at a BOA office, besides the FIRST time when we opened our account about 24 years ago!
Ms. Keisha is a ROCKSTAR, EXCELLENT service she provided us with solving a problem we have encountered with the on line banking of our account!
She made us feel at ease, while multi tasking, while she was solving our problem SHE was helping out others that needed her assistance!
If I had to give 10 STARS for what she DESERVED, I would have, because she is knowledgeable, friendly, and is excellent in what she is doing! KUDOS , Ms KEISHA!!”

“Nice bank branch in Deerfield Beach.
It appears that the branch was recently renovated like most wells locations have been. There is a drive thru and 2 teller window and an ATM inside.
The staff were very friendly and I only had to wait on line for 3 minutes.
If you are in the market for new bank, this location would be a good choice.”
“I went to the branch to make a wire transfer. There was only one banker at a desk . She was helping a customer open an account and told me I had a long wait.
Another banker, Rodney Snow, observing this, stepped over to a desk, offered to assist ( with a smile ) and successfully completed my transaction.”
