“Contrary to the other reviews on here, I have been here twice and have nothing but good things to say about my experiences. The three different employees that I interacted with were so helpful and friendly!! I actually went out of my way to go back to this branch location because the staff were great! I don't understand the low star reviews because I have nothing but positive experiences here. They welcomed me in each time I went into the bank and genuinely wished me to have a good day as I was leaving.”

“Today 11/8/2024 my wife and I visited the Deerfield BOA on 1000 S Federal highway, and I wanted to give 10 stars if it was possible! With this review we are expressing( on behalve of my wife too) our deepest appreciation for the excellent service we received at this Branch!
First we were welcomed by Magdalena in the lobby since we had an appointment with the Senior Banker!
Our welcome by Magdalena was friendly and she made us feel comfortable right away!
She guided us to the Senior Banker for our appointment!
After being introduced, we met with Ms. Keisha Chin-Quee.
This was one of the BEST experiences and treatment we have had at a BOA office, besides the FIRST time when we opened our account about 24 years ago!
Ms. Keisha is a ROCKSTAR, EXCELLENT service she provided us with solving a problem we have encountered with the on line banking of our account!
She made us feel at ease, while multi tasking, while she was solving our problem SHE was helping out others that needed her assistance!
If I had to give 10 STARS for what she DESERVED, I would have, because she is knowledgeable, friendly, and is excellent in what she is doing! KUDOS , Ms KEISHA!!”
“After several hospital stays, my auto pays were beating me to the bank. After many overdraft fees, I just mentioned it to my teller, Tatiana. She asked if I wanted her to call and see what she could do. Not expecting much, I said sure. I want to thank Chase, especially Tatiana and the staff at my Deerfield Beach, Hillsboro branch. They returned all the fees back to me. During a very difficult time, you made things a lot better!! Thank you so much.”
