He's also unusually dirty (that curly hair just holds dirt!) so they usually bathe him twice. And their prices are the most reasonable I've found. Also they found a concerning mass and brought it to my attention. Luckily pathology was negative!

Fluffy Cuts
2185 3rd St S, Jacksonville BeachWe have been going to Fluffy Cuts for 12+ years and must share that we have 2 sets of fur babies at different times being pampered by Andrea - First came Coco and Chance (small malteses) they were spoiled rotten there & styled to the exact breed measures. Then came Giorgio and Louis (small yorkies).. Needless to say they became our world after losing our little guys. Giorgio is 15 years old now and not easy to handle these days with being groomed. Andrea knowing this went out of her way, took her time and was so gentle knowing this may be his last spa day.
I just want to take this time to say if you are anything like us and your fur babies are truly your children, this is the place to entrust with your loves.

Dr. Labinsky was amazing with our 2 boys. She took the time to answer every single one of my questions in a calm and reassuring manner. The entire staff made us feel so welcome and were so kind to our dogs. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a friendly staff and Vet, as well as Vets who use current literature and long standing evidence to make recommendations. They even called to follow up on how our appointment was. Love this clinic for my 2 dogs!!

I should have noticed something was wrong when my dogs had to be slid across the floor to go back with whoever was checking them in. They don’t even act like that at the vets office. I dropped my dogs off February 1st, thinking they would have a good experience. Upon arrival, I asked the girl at the check in desk if I could see the facility. She only let me see where the dogs would sleep, but would not let me see the play area. The excuse she made was that it may upset my dogs to see me. At this point, my dogs are already upset. Mind you, this is my first time at this facility and first time boarding my dogs. You would think they would want you to feel comfortable leaving your dogs there. Okay whatever, I just brushed it off.Fast forward to today, Sunday, I came in early thinking I could avoid the $15 charge per pet for late pickup if I picked up my dogs by 11am. Well when I get there, I’m having a normal conversation with the two girls hanging out in the front, while another girl goes to get my dogs. They are telling me how sweet my dogs are and that my dogs were giving them lots of kisses. All of a sudden, one of the girls says by the way I just wanted to let you know we are normally closed on Sunday at this time and that door is normally locked. Okay? The website is contradicting. It list the times they are open for check-in and check-out, but the paragraph following makes it seem like they are open for check-in/out Saturday AND Sunday 9-11 AND 3-5. Then, the other girl comes out with my dogs and hands me a paper saying I’m going to owe money because the food wasn’t prepackaged. Both dogs had an individual bag of food, enough for all days, with a 1/4 cup scoop included (this was shared with the girl at check-in and she did not say anything about it). She also forgot to give me back their navy blue canvas bag until I reminded her that they had a bag they came with. I got weird vibes and should have went with my gut feeling at check-in, but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt due to the 5 star reviews. I’m left feeling indifferent about my experience.Edited to add an additional 2 stars: The manager called me and we have resolved this issue.

They take the time to make your experience personal and truly get to know your pup and their owners. It's also great that the dogs are able to play outside all day when some places charge for minimal playtime. Highly recommend!

Walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and most of the tables were full with people enjoying a drink after work, there was plenty of seating by the bar. The food came out super hot and quickly, we had the delicious pretzel with beer cheese and it was delicious, also orders an Italian sub which was very fresh and tasty. Also has a couple of pale ales and they were super tasty, highly recommend to visit if you are in the area and oh a cold pint!

I was able to sub just egg for the real eggs and get gluten free French toast instead of the bread choice. It was the perfect amount of food. Plus our waitress was amazing and answered all my questions and if she didn't know something, she went to the back to ask. I wish Michigan had more restaurants like this!
