“I paid $65 for my screen protector a year ago and the salesman said I’d never have to buy another one because if anything happened a replacement would be free. I went to get a new one because mine indeed hit several cracks. My 14 Plus is considered out of date and no screensavers available unless I order online. Then I could bring it back to the store and they’ll install….but there would be a $5 fee to do that! Totally unacceptable. After 20+ years with Verizon I may consider parting ways.”
“I went to my local Verizon store at John's Creek on Tuesday to potentially upgrade my old phone and investigate the Phone Plans as well as the Internet Services. Tony Garza explained both the Internet service (and new special 55+ senior discount offered) as well as the new iPhone 16 Plus program of 36 months. I was sure about the Internet service, so he gave me a router to take home and try out. It fixed our lagging and spooling problems we had with our AT&T 5G. So, I went back Wednesday and met with Luke Swartz. He signed me up for the for the Internet + HULU and also sold me an iPhone 16 Plus and transferred all of my data over. I was afraid of that part, but he made it seamless!

“Darius at the Verizon Wireless Store in the Avenues Mall (Jacksonville, FL) was great to deal with. I had a “not-so-good experience” with another representative at a competitor local Jacksonville Verizon store, who in my opinion, was not very cooperative! I’ve been in sales and business development for 35 years and the bottom line is that to be successful, you need to listen to your customer, in order to provide them what they actually need, along what they want. Darius did exactly that and I would highly recommend him if you’re interested in purchasing a Verizon product or service!”

“Yesterday we had a problem with our AT&T bill. It was the second time we had visited the store on San Jose Blvd. in Jacksonville, Fl. We were very seriously considering switching to a competitor because our problems were not resolved. Upon arriving we were greeted and impressed by the professionalism of your employee, Devon Patterson. He was so helpful in going over all of our questions and taking the time to resolve them. After he helped us I asked, “Are you the manager?” He answered, “No,” I said, “We’ll, you should be!” Our final decision was to stay with AT&T because of the help from Devon!”

My phone was a total mess — cracked screen, battery dying every hour — and I thought it was beyond saving. But she worked her magic!
She kept me updated the whole time, explained everything clearly, and even gave me tips to keep my phone healthy longer. I left with a phone that looked and worked like BRAND NEW. And the prices? Super fair. You can tell she actually cares about her customers, not just making a quick buck.

“Although my boyfriends phone was not savable after being dropped in a pond, Gerald at 10,000 cellphones helped us tremendously. We called after stopping at two other places and Gerald was hands down the most helpful. He told us to come in and he could open up the phone and test which pieces were working and narrow down our problem. Unfortunately the water had seeped in too much and damaged it beyond repair. Normally an investigation like this would take 24+ hours but Gerald got it done in an hour even on a FRIDAY. Thank you Gerald x 1000%.”

“I went to this store to get the iPhone 16 Pro Max and I went to Jasper. He is very nice, and very detailed on everything you should know about the device you want. I previously had problems with getting the 16 pro max until I went to Jasper, and I was able to finally get it. He made jokes with us, and made me and my mom feel very welcome, and comfortable. Not only did I get the phone that I wanted, but my mom got the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. My nephew also got the google pixel 9. We initially wanted only one phone but we left out with 3. I was very happy, and excited to finally get the phone. I paid way less than I would have anywhere else. We are all very happy with our new phones. And it’s all thanks to Jasper.”
