We had a great view from our table and something that doesn’t always work at the Disney restaurants, the timing of the meal was impeccable. A little over an hour and a half was so nice to relax and enjoy our dinner. Our first but certainly not our last.

10100 Dream Tree Boulevard, Lake Buena VistaAs this restaurant is located in a very nice hotel, I had expectations that it would be a somewhat sophisticated environment. Instead it had an awkward waiting area, crowded bar space, and very poor acoustics. The ceilings are very high, the floors hard tile/ceramic. As a result when we were first seated, near a large party (12-20 at a single table), we could not even hear the host who seated us. The host was very helpful, and offered us a choice of a location elsewhere in the restaurant, which turned out to be a smaller room with smaller tables that was less noisy. But it was a disappointing dinner in terms of ambiance. The food, however, was outstanding and the waitstaff were very good. We had chosen the prix fixe menu and tried many combinations, all were excellent. Food was delivered in a timely manner but we were not rushed. Highly recommend for the food.

1001 West Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena VistaNick at Maya Grill was hands down the best server we’ve ever had, not just at Disney but anywhere. He was incredibly attentive, easy to talk to, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. He gave us great recommendations, knew the menu inside and out, and went above and beyond throughout our entire meal.
You can tell Nick really takes pride in what he does, and his personality made the whole experience even better. We’ve stayed at Disney resorts and eaten at plenty of restaurants both on and off property, and Nick is easily one of the best servers we’ve ever had. If you’re dining at Maya Grill and get Nick as your server, you’re in for a great experience. He truly deserves the recognition!

They even asked if all the characters had stopped by our table, which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for that close interaction with the Disney characters!

4510 Fort Wilderness Trail, Lake Buena VistaThe food is great. We had the smoked chicken meal a couple of times and added these sides - mashed potatoes and gravy, macaroni and cheese, and cowboy beans. The hamburger was just okay. The pizza was very good, but not great. The crust was nice.

200 Epcot Center Drive, Lake Buena VistaASK FOR REY! This place is awesome and we always love going when we are at Epcot, but Rey just makes the entire experience. There is not a kinder person to serve you. He goes above and beyond for his tables, always makes sure you have a great time, and really is the epitome of the Disney Difference. We go back just for Rey! Do yourself a favor and stop by for great food and even better service!
