2924 13th St, St CloudWas at the store on Tuesday 4/2. As I was looking for my dog's food I was disappointed to see they only had the 14lb bag, which my dog would finish in about 3 days. As I was walking towards the front to make my purchase I noticed the bigger bag on the pallets waiting to be stocked at the very bottom layer. Ashley noticed me and asked did I need help finding anything. I explained to her that I would hate to be that type of customer but what I really needed was the bigger bag of food on the bottom of the pallet. Without hesitation Ashley said we will get it for you as quickly as possible, and proceeded to break down the whole pallet to get the food I needed, which was going above and beyond my expectations. I asked her do they have any type of recognition program for their associates, because she needs to be recognized in all ways possible. Ashley really made my shopping experience convenient, I really appreciate it.

From the moment we met, she took the time to discuss everything regarding my Great Pyrenees and made sure I understood what to expect. Despite all the challenges I brought her way, she handled everything with patience, professionalism, and genuine care.
Not only does Kylo look absolutely amazing, but she also took the time to educate me about his breed and what he’ll need in the future. I especially appreciated her honesty. This wasn’t one of those experiences where a groomer tries to upsell every little thing. She was transparent, worked incredibly hard, and truly had Kylo’s best interests at heart.
Kylo doesn’t typically enjoy being groomed by anyone, but he did great with her. She explained that, because of the amount of work needed and his comfort level, it might take two sessions—and that’s exactly what we did. I appreciated that she prioritized his well-being instead of rushing through the process. Most importantly, he wasn’t stressed at all.
It’s clear that she genuinely loves what she does and cares deeply about the animals she works with. I would recommend her 100% to anyone looking for a groomer for their fur babies. I’m so grateful to have finally found the groomer we’ve been looking for!

1118 Pennsylvania Ave, St CloudWow, so much better than the groomer I had used before. My previous groomer barely cut my dog's nails and told me that I couldn't bring her in if she had fleas. Not true with Pets on a Cloud. They said it only made sense to accept a dog with fleas and cut her nails sufficiently short. Moreover, I was between a real rock and a hard place with my schedule and the ladies at Pets on a Cloud were very gracious in accommodating me and my dog, getting me out of my bind. We got him in terrible shape at the age of 17 and they quickly turned his health around. From skin issues, allergies, ear infections and everything in between to even his last moments. They along with the admin staff that greeted us every appointment made his life better until the end. My wife and I can not emphasize enough how amazing their treatment, compassion, and love for the animals was. Dr. Griselda has been the first to determine what my dog needs and results have been evident. The welcoming carisma of Tech Luisa is a plus. They make an amazing team. It is evident that they are passionate about their jobs but also understanding of how expensive a treatment can be providing options for the pet owners. It is a great low income clinic for pets.

St CloudI reached out to Anita a week after losing my 5 year old orange boy. I explained my situation to her and said I was unsure if I was ready, but I was willing to look! I told her the personality type of my boy that I just lost and how my other kitty had been going room to room crying looking for a friend and she said “I think I have the cat just for you. Are you able to meet him today”. within 2 hours I was on my way to meet the kitty that I ended up adopting today ❤️ she was so helpful! Michelle was incredible too.
