1118 Pennsylvania Ave, St CloudWow, so much better than the groomer I had used before. My previous groomer barely cut my dog's nails and told me that I couldn't bring her in if she had fleas. Not true with Pets on a Cloud. They said it only made sense to accept a dog with fleas and cut her nails sufficiently short. Moreover, I was between a real rock and a hard place with my schedule and the ladies at Pets on a Cloud were very gracious in accommodating me and my dog, getting me out of my bind. Thank you so much!

And is usually really picky about getting his paws trim. They had no problem without a muzzle Spot on. Good choice for everybody. Definitely will have to come back to our house again since they actually come to your house.

Narcoossee Oaks Animal Hospital
1151 North Narcoossee Road, St. CloudI am new to St Cloud from South Florida. We had an emergency with my baby who was 12 1/2 years old. We had never been to this hospital before they never cared for my dog before until I had come with an emergency. They saw my dog was in very Dire Straits and the staff brought us immediately took a great care of my dog, my baby. Unfortunately, she had undiagnosed cancer in her spleen and her liver with blood in her stomach, The staff waited three hours for my family to drive up to say goodbye to our girl who was a part of this family. Narcoossee Animal Hospital treated us like we were a part of their family And now they will forever be I will be taking my cat to them going forward. I’m very grateful to this Hospital and staff

West End Animal Care Clinic
2325 Nolte Road, St. CloudIf I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I took my cat, Tong, to see Dr. Russo after a previous bad experience at the Greenlight ER in Orlando that same morning.
My cat was having serious trouble breathing, including sneezing and wheezing, for several days at this point. He also stopped eating. I called West End that afternoon, explained my situation, and they told me to bring him right over.
Upon arriving, the staff was immediately super helpful and attentive to Tong. The Tech (Ashley?), was immediately loving and caring to my Tong. She was so funny, and made me feel so relaxed while we waited for the doctor.
Once Dr. Russo arrived, she immediately began an EXTREMELY thorough examination of Tong. Checked his mouth, nose, throat, heard, lungs, etc. She then suggested we do X-Rays to see what might be preventing him from breathing normally. After the X-Rays, she returned to the room and informed me his lungs were clear, and no fluid or abnormalities were detected. At that point, she mentioned he was likely suffering from some inflammation of his airways. She mentioned that with cats, inflammation is very common, and the main focus would be getting him to breathe normally.
All Tong's vital signs were great. She said his heart and lungs sounded great. She prescribed a steroid, an antibiotic, and an herbal breathe easy supplement. The Tech showed me how to administer his first dose, as I had never needed to do that before! The next day, he immediately started to breathe more normally! With each passing hour, he has greatly improved. I am so grateful for Dr. Russo's attentive care and treatment, and I will gladly recommend her and her practice to anyone with pets!

I was absolutely panicked when we brought Bandit in, and from the moment we arrived, the staff helped ease that panic and immediately stepped in to help him. They treated us with so much kindness, compassion, and patience during what was an incredibly scary and stressful situation.
We were the last patients in the building, and not once did we feel like a bother, rushed, or like they were just trying to get us out the door. They took their time, listened to us, explained things, and treated Bandit with genuine care.
On top of the amazing care, their customer service was exceptional and their pricing was very reasonable. In a moment when we were scared and overwhelmed, they made us feel heard, cared for, and supported.
I am so incredibly grateful to the entire team for taking care of my sweet boy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary office where you can feel confident that your pet is truly in caring hands. ❤🐾

St CloudI reached out to Anita a week after losing my 5 year old orange boy. I explained my situation to her and said I was unsure if I was ready, but I was willing to look! I told her the personality type of my boy that I just lost and how my other kitty had been going room to room crying looking for a friend and she said “I think I have the cat just for you. Are you able to meet him today”. within 2 hours I was on my way to meet the kitty that I ended up adopting today ❤️ she was so helpful! Michelle was incredible too.
