“I had an incredible experience at this branch! My sisters and I walked in without an appointment needing to make changes to an existing account, and open multiple accounts. Even though the branch was extremely busy and clearly short-staffed, banking specialist, Manny Fayat went completely out of his way to accommodate us.
Manny took into consideration that I had traveled long distance, and turned what could have been a stressful visit into a wonderful experience. He was incredibly thorough, and patient throughout the entire process. Exceptional customer service! My father used to bank with them until he passed away, and i always enjoyed my visits there with him. I highly recommend this branch for all your banking needs.”
