“Jayson at the Ponte Vedra location was beyond helpful and knowledgeable! We had to transfer my husbands phone from business to personal line which was kind of complicated but he had no problem walking us through the process and helping us upgrade our phones as well. Probably the best experience I’ve had at any Verizon store!”

“Five stars for Joseph and the T-Mobile team inside the Jacksonville Sam’s Club! They made upgrading our phones incredibly easy, walked us through the best deals, and handled all our questions with absolute professionalism. If you want fast, friendly, and expert service without the usual hassle, see them first. Highly recommended! T-Mobile so far has outperformed Verizon on every metric. Especially on the signal front, and on the price. Who doesn't want better signal for less money? After the sale Mr. Joseph stayed in contact with me to make sure our incoming devices arrived within the projection that was given. They did, and everything is working as promised. See ya later Verizon!”

“This location has been here for years and from time to time you see different faces and while most of them have been amazing the crew that they have in there at this moment are absolutely amazing. They are so compassionate for your needs and will go out of their way to help you with anything that need. They are so easy to have conversations with when you are waiting for things to get done. The music is always great and it’s just always a great time when seeing them in their work environment. The cleanliness of the store is amazing and even those you can tell they are making changes in the store, they still try and keep every thing organized and clean for all of us who come in especially having little kids who run around. I just absolutely love this location and will gladly refer all of my friends and family to them so they can get the experience that I always have when visiting.”

“First, Leane was AWESOME! We had to travel from GA to Florida. Our first stop was the Apple store to transfer data from old phone to new phone. We wanted to port the number to the new phone. Apple sent us to Verizon. We had to do a lot of other account work with the Verizon account person via email, texts and phone calls. We were having problems and Leane took control of the situation and made it happen! If not for her, we would have had to go back to GA and then come back to FL! I can't stress enough how awesome Leane is! If you need anything, go see her!!”

12777 Atlantic Blvd Ste 24, Jacksonville FL 32225
“I visited this location seeking assistance with a complex eSIM issue on my Galaxy A16 device. Although Amina (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was already assisting another customer, she did not hesitate to acknowledge and help me promptly. She demonstrated exceptional professionalism, strong multitasking abilities, and outstanding customer service skills. She handled my situation efficiently and flawlessly from start to finish. If I were the business owner, I would recognize her efforts with a well deserved raise. She is truly an asset to your team.”

“of all the large chains, I have to say that this low-key target is among my favorites. They're a lot more fashionable in their selections than places like Walmart, they have some high-quality food and beverages that , for a few things at least, can sometimes save a trip to a supermarket. They don't have the cheapest things for sure you might pay $12 for us simple T-shirt that might be half that at Walmart but more open layout and the nicer vibe might be worth a few extra bucks”

679 3rd St S, Jacksonville Beach FL 32250
“I've purchased and sold a lot of products from them over the years. I've never had a bad experience always recommend them first! The staff is very knowledgeable and most importantly, honest. They tell it like it is not what you want to hear so they can make a sale. Which is hard to come by these days. This is the place to go if you want to feel seen and heard.”

50 Kernan Boulevard North, Jacksonville FL 32225
“Their hot food selection is the same everyday and it's kinda expensive for what it taste like. The boiled peanuts are my favorite. Their Coffee is pretty good and breakfast combos are better priced than racetracks.”

“Robert, Shanna, Bailey, Tony, Ryan - my people! I can't leave out Barbara even though she's now retired, and Hank even though in another department. These guys are top notch and leave no stone unturned. Thank you so much for always being willing to dive down the rabbit hole for whatever weird bit or bob I happen to be searching for on a given day. I often place orders with Robert and even when it's being picked up at another location, he never misses a beat letting me know it's ready to be picked up. You just can't beat the level of service these folks provide and consistently at that. It's a pleasure to work with you all each opportunity that arises to do so.”

4835 River City Dr, Jacksonville FL 32246
“When I walked in for an appraisal/purchase of a new laptop, I was quoted a 40 min wait by the front employee who checks people in. This store is extremely busy, because it’s the only official Apple store in the area and areas around Jacksonville. Luckily I didn’t wait 40 mins, I think I only waited 5 mins. Ms. Linda helped me and was very patient, gentle, and informative. I was in and out within 15 mins. So this review is really for her, and her kind and helpful service. Thanks again!”
