“I originally opened an account at this location when they were still Suntrust due to issues with checks at my previous bank (Bank of America across the street). From the get go the employees at this location were very friendly and helpful. I unfortunately have often had to come in close to closing and they’ve always made time for me. There have even been times where they’ve stayed past close to finish up with me for which I am grateful. As a younger account holder I’ve found that unlike my previous bank they’ve treated me just like any other patron and have even sought to help me plan for future savings and investment. While I know some customers have left reviews about issues after the switch to Truist I’m happy to say that I have not encountered these. The initial switch was a bit rough because of card changes but after that everything was fine.”
