“This place is awesome! I lived at a Courtland property in Colorado. The staff there was not as well trained as they are down here. When I moved in there were some issues, it does happen. What really stood out to me was the speed of the solutions. That is what customer service is all about, solving problems quickly. All the employees are nice and overly polite.”

“Diana was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She had answers to questions I didn’t even think to ask, as well as every question I did ask. The entire process was smooth, quick, and efficient. The tour of the property and available units felt natural and never awkward or like a hard sell.
It’s clear that Diana truly loves what she does. As we walked the property, she even took a moment to pick up a stray piece of trash, showing how much she genuinely cares about the community. Her attention to detail and dedication made the whole experience exceptional.

Anna has been so amazing, and so helpful throughout the time I've lived here. I upgraded from a 1 bedroom, to a 2 bedroom apartment over my time here, and Anna helped me find my perfect view and space, and has always been so helpful if I've needed anything. The complex is so close to everything needed in Tampa Bay. The community is just perfect! Everyone is so kind and friendly. The maintenance staff are awesome as well, and will fix any issues that may arise with a quickness! If you're considering moving here, you'll be so happy if you do. “The Leasing office staff is amazing. Anytime I need anything for my apartment and go in, they are on top of it. Additionally, they set up the best events. Between holiday events, free self-care products on Wednesdays, and weekly food trucks. They make living here more than just a place to live.”
“I have been renting apartments in Clearwater for 13 years and have dealt with many management teams. No matter how nice a place may be, people will leave if the management is terrible. I lived at the Apex for almost four years, then had to leave to take care of some family matters. When I returned, I rented again at the Apex. Having a great manager, like Todd, who genuinely cares about the tenants, is one of the reasons people stay at the Apex. I got a few friends to rent at the Apex, and when I came back, they were all still here. Anastasia is a key component as well, especially since we have a large Russian/Ukrainian community.”

“Good management, great employees. They take great care of the complex. It's a beautiful complex tucked next to a nature preserve, I can walk to the hospital and shopping. The bike trail is just steps away. It really is a beautiful place. I would have given it a five star but I, and many other residents , have not been able to see out of our windows for several years now.”

“WOW! I applaud the effort and kindness that this team offers at WestEnd apartments. I recently moved in and it was a smooth process. Jeisi, who is a doll; initially began all my paperwork and kept me in the loop with all and any kind of update till the day I moved in, and if for any reason she was unavailable Zeke was right there with information that I needed. Since I have moved in the maintenance team has been very prompt with my requests and has successfully made the necessary updates. The neighborhood is quiet and people here are respectful and truthfully kind.

“We’ve been living here for well over 10 years maybe close to 15 . We love the area close to parks and close enough to just hop onto east bay and which switches to Roosevelt to get you Tampa pretty fast . It feels so comfy as our home . We’ve only have a couple issues here. And I see them improving the maintenance of the landscaping as well as a pool cleaner . So things looked to be improving . I love the largo police is located quick and easy right next to the highland park next door which makes it even better . A couple issues in the area caught on our security cameras but .. probably just young adults trying to act up. Other than that this is our home we love living in this area . If we sign a new lease I’d probably only have them fix a couple of things in our apartment . Maybe to feel a little more comfortable. When we moved into this unit we moved in quickly and the base boards and paint weren’t done nicely that’s something we’d want . And the bathroom sink vanity needs to be replaced because the sink doesn’t drain properly. But we will c in a few months if we sign a new lease. Like I said it’s cozy , close to parks . Only thing that always changes my mind d about moving is the no washer and dryers in units .

“Finally, a place that cares from the front office to the grounds team. The property truly cares about not only the residents, but the overall property. This maintenance staff actually fixes the issue if something pops up. Not as they say “ put lipstick on a pig†. It’s within walking distance to shopping centers and Publix for all you Publix fried chicken lovers. And the bus stop is in front of the property. So this is truly a great place to be.”

Anthony Rinaldi was here early on a Saturday morning, June 2025 to check a water leak from the A/C. (I awoke at 2:00 a.m. to dripping.) Anthony was most thorough in his technical assessment and in resolving the problem. I believe this intermittent water leakage issue will finally be addressed. He plans to follow-up Monday in an effort to make sure the unit is properly leveled for efficient water drainage. Thank you, Anthony!! I appreciate your knowledge, expertise and wonderful work ethic.”
“I love it here! The staff is always super attentive and nice. The office and gym is always clean and tidy. I wish the pool was open but i know they're working on it thankfully! I asked about the parking spaces and found out from the manager that it's on the to do list!!!!! I cant wait to see the improvements made and i'm excited to see what else gets done!
