“Let me just start by saying I typically never do reviews, mainly because I'm lazy and/ or forget. But after my experience with Ginna ( hopefully I spelled that right ) I absolutely had to leave a review. I had broken the screen on my previous phone and came in looking to buy a new phone, and originally was looking to purchase an iPhone. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Ginna, with a smile and a friendly demeanor. I gave her a little bit of back story and told her what I was looking for. After chatting a bit, we came to an agreement that an iPhone was probably not the best choice for me. And before I continue, let me just say I totally appreciate a sales person who truly cares and not try to push something more expensive on you because it'll benefit them. . I previously had a Galaxy A12 and Ginna showed me all the upgraded versions and we were able to find a phone within my budget and I absolutely love my phone. I also want to commend Ginna on her patience with me. Anyone that knows me knows when I get frustrated, I am not the easiest person to deal with and Ginna handled it all with such grace and kindness, she did not match my energy, she took her time and literally went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was able to set up my phone. Ginna I hope you see this, thank you so much and I hope T-Mobile knows how lucky they are to have someone like you representing their company. Thank you.”

My phone stopped being able to make calls so he put in a new sim card for me.
Then I have had difficulty typing with my text messages and he showed me how to change the keyboard size. When I asked this before noone suggested this to me. He also mentioned the tablet promotion and I will conside it with my wife.”

“I walked in the boost store which was in 4061 LB McLeod road, I didn’t even buy the phone here , but the young lady named Teju, she took her time , she had a very big smile on her and she didn’t even complain once . I wish they give him a raise. If I know about this store before I would have come here at the first place . I am leaving the store with a huge smile on my face . I went in Hiawassee and old winter garden road store they doesn’t even help me with anything even though I purchased the phone over there. They gave me a very hard time and Iam so upset with it .”

I had observed the managers Cee in that store deal with multiple customers at once while being antagonized by one. She was extremely helpful to my family in addition to the staff. “Wanted to come and give recognition when it’s highly deserved. I had the pleasure in being helped by Gerardo. Let me say that he exceeded my expectations during our time in the store. Gerardo answered all my questions, provided me with the best deals possible and was able to start my families Christmas early with new phones and faster home internet. Not only was he professional but what really stood out for me was his genuine concern when my 3 year old became ill while he was helping me connect my phones and she started unfortunately throwing up. Gerardo sprung into action as if it was his own child and helped me with my daughter. Gerardo then turned on the gears to finalize everything and get me out of there to assure I was able to leave satisfied and take care of my daughter. I want to thank him for everything and highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance at this store.”

“On a day like today BLACK FRIDAY, with the store full of people, I had the opportunity to meet Luis Rosado “Manager” and the only thing I can say about the man is that not only does HE DO HIS JOB VERY WELL, but he is extremely polite and dedicated. I have been using T-Mobile since 1999. Regardless of having been introduced to many similar companies, I have always been loyal to T-Mobile, because regardless of the magnitude of the problem, there is ALWAYS a positive solution for both parties. Not only am I loyal to them but I also promote them both with my friends and with everyone I know. So much so that I even use their internet for my own business. Moral of the story, in this particular store absolutely all of their employees do their jobs not only professionally but effectively.
